MultiTech Release Agent is a surface property modifier, which now-a-days finds extensive use by Plastics Processor, to reduce and control the static charges developed on the surface of plastic parts having large surfaces like film, fibers etc as spark discharge formed by static charges can produce serious accidents. Plastics, particularly sensitive to static build up Polyolefins, Nylon, Polyesters, Urethanes, Cellulosics, Acrylics etc. Antistatic Masterbatch-PT3002 is based on Ethoxy Amine, using LLDPE as a carrier resin, compounded in most modern extrusion equipment, using state of art technology.

MultiTech Lubricant A is a water-insoluble soap of commercial stearic acid.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

CONSTAB SL 05004 LD is a multi-functional product with functions like slip agent, melt flow agent, mold release agent, and release agent. It is used in blow molding and injection molding processes, with polyethylene (PE) as its carrier. This product contains 5% erucamide and serves as a mold releaser and flow improver.

Nicron® 353 is a high-purity microcrystalline talc. The lamellar nature of Nicron® 353 enhances film strength and flexibility and provides barrier properties in architectural and industrial primers to improve corrosion resistance and stain-blocking ability. Nicron® 353 is also used for rheology and film reinforcement in adhesive, sealant, caulk, joint compound, wood putty, and auto body patch applications.

CONSTAB SAB 06573 LD is an antistick and antifusion product suitable for extruded, blown, and cast films. It prevents films from sticking to hot surfaces. It functions as an anti-tack agent, a mold release agent, and a release agent. The carrier used is polyethylene (PE). It features good mold release properties.

CONSTAB SL 05035 PP contains 6% erucamide in homopolymer and serves as a mold release agent, release agent, and slip agent. It's ideal for blow molding and injection molding of polypropylene (PP), offering attributes like good printability and excellent flow properties.

Andisil® EM 350C Emulsions are non-flammable, non-toxic, nonionic emulsions of various viscosities of polydimethylsiloxane fluids.

K - STOFF E is a refined vegetable origin bio-based dispersing agent to improve lubrication.

K - STOFF O is primary amides specially developed as mold release & slip additives for rubber application. MoldWiz® FFIH - A film forming combination release agent and barrier coat that dries at room temperature. For use on all types of molds. When used on RTV molds, acts as a protective barrier coat greatly extending the life of the molds. The film which is formed on the mold transfers to the molded foam during the curing cycle and acts as a primer for subsequent painting or can be washed off in a water bath, if desired. Does not contain any silicones or waxes and will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, plating, etc. No necessity for washing of molds between applications.

CM-E02 silicone processing aid and mold release masterbatches are comprised of polydimethylsilicone* fluid dispersed in polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, high impact polystyrene resin, acetal copolymers and others.

AL1313 is Highly filled masterbatch of antiblocking agent for blow and cast film till 15 micron. Helps the tubular opening, reduces the sticking, improve welding,give stability output of the extruder. The use together with other additives is possible without problems.

Polyfill Technologies Slip Additive Masterbatch PT-3004 is a material which when added to the polymer, while processing into flat profiles like film, sheet etc., reduces the co-efficient of friction (COF) of the surfaces. It is particularly used while manufacturing film for the packaging application where film to the metal as well as film to film friction is required to be controlled.

SAK- MS by Sun Ace is a magnesium stearate. Acts as an acid scavenger, lubricant, mold release agent, extender and water repellent agent. SAK-MS contains vegetable-based fatty acid and metal. MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE SOA5245 is a additive masterbatch containing a blend of high purity oleamide and specialty high clarity anti-block additive in PE carrier resin where oleamide acts as slip agent. The high clarity is achieved by utilizing an anti-block additive having the same refractive index as polyolefin. The low oil absorption of anti-block additive results in a very low tendency of interaction with migrating additives. Can be used in the manufacturing of polyolefin films.
