Our SUN ACE origins date back to 1940, when Mr Toshio Yoshida established the Japanese company - Shinagawa Chemicals. Shinagawa Chemicals was a Polymer Additives & Speciality Chemical manufacturing company and evolved into SUN ACE Corporation.

SUN ACE Corporation went on to established SUN ACE Singapore in the year 1980. From 1980 onwards The Sun Ace Group has grown into a leading global manufacturer with facilities and offices in Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and South America. SAK- CZH by Sun Ace is a one-pack calcium-zinc heat stabilizer. SAK- CZH is based on a combination of calcium and zinc soaps, together with organic and inorganic co-stabilizers to provide combined high heat stability and lubrication to suit a broad range of processing conditions. It has synergistic effects leading to an increased efficiency in comparison with the single components at satisfactory dosage levels. Used in flexible PVC medical applications.

SAK- CZD by Sun Ace is a one-pack calcium-zinc heat stabilizer. SAK- CZD is based on a combination of calcium and zinc soaps, together with organic and inorganic co-stabilizers to provide combined high heat stability and lubrication to suit a broad range of processing conditions. Sun Ace SAK- CZD

SAK- DZS by Sun Ace is a dispersible zinc stearate. Acts as an acid scavenger, lubricant, mold release agent, extender and water repellent agent. SAK-DZS contains vegetable-based fatty acid and metal. Exhibits excellent lubricating and dispersing properties and stabilizing, hydrophobic and foam inhibiting effects. Compatible with thermoplastics. Used in plastics and rubber.

SAK- WP by Sun Ace is a one-pack heat stabilizer. SAK- WP gives rigid PVC sufficient heat stability during processing and provide the finished article with the required durability, weatherability and lubricity. Used in window profile applications.

SAK- MS by Sun Ace is a magnesium stearate. Acts as an acid scavenger, lubricant, mold release agent, extender and water repellent agent. SAK-MS contains vegetable-based fatty acid and metal. Exhibits excellent lubricating and dispersing properties and stabilizing, hydrophobic and foam inhibiting effects. Compatible with thermoplastics. Used in plastics and rubber.
