Over the years, we have built Polyvel Inc. into a technology based, market-driven manufacturer of innovative plastic additive masterbatches for the film, fiber, molding and compounding industries.

The privately owned corporation currently occupies a 45,000 sq. ft. facility in Hammonton, New Jersey with six twin-screw extrusion lines for production and two pilot-scale twin-screw extruders and ample room for capacity expansion.


Whether directly or through one of our agents or distributors strategically located throughout the world, Polyvel is able to meet your additive masterbatch needs wherever they may be. 

With a primary focus on liquid, low melting point, highly volatile, and heat sensitive polymer additives, our product line of masterbatched additives (among others) include: antifogs, antistats, fragrances, slips, wetting agents, processing aids, release aids, lubricants, peroxides, and specialty additives.

RM40Z molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) masterbatches enable injection molders to incorporate the benefits and lubricating properties of MoS2 into their molded nylon parts without purchasing costly pre-compounded MoS2 modified resins. MoS2 is an internal lubricant for nylon compounds. It reduces or eliminates mold drag during molding and acts as a mold release. Post molding component assembly is made easier because of the self-lubricating properties.RM40

CM-L01, PLA (polylactic acid) resin is a sustainable and compostable polymer that is ideal for applications warranting environmental consciousness and a path to sustainability. It is manufactured in a in a dry, easy-to-handle pellet for enhancing , PLA properties and processability.

VF-P08 is pelletized, dry, and free flowing polypropylene antifog masterbatches formulated for hot and cold food contact applications while maintaining excellent clarity and thermal stability at low us levels.

CM-S01 silicone processing aid and mold release masterbatches are comprised of polydimethylsilicone* fluid dispersed in polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, high impact polystyrene resin, acetal copolymers and others.

RZ40 release aid masterbatch contains zinc stearate and is used in injection molding high impact polystyrene, ABS, nylon, and PBT. Polyvel RZ40 functions at low levels to reduce adhesion between mold surface and polymer. Polyvel offers zinc stearate masterbatches for other polymer applications including: polypropylene; polyethylene and others.
