Polyfill Technologies Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch - PT3001 is a new generation, highly technical product, suitable for controlling and eliminating the problem of Melt Fracture or Shark Skin Effect, during the process of LLDPE / LDPE / HM – HDPE by extrusion process. Melt Fracture is generally the surface imperfection seen as a regular ridged surface with ridges running perpendicular to the extrusion direction especially in films, which is also known as “Shark Skin Effect”.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 333 is a compounded product intended for clear films containing a high level of thermal stabilizers to provide protection of film resins during high temperature extrusion and lamination processes, thus maximizing inherent the natural resins. Cel-Span® Process Aid 333 eliminates build up in both internal and external metal surfaces of the extrusion die, as well as reduction of wrinkles in thin gage films.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 is a 100% active (powder or pellet) internal lubricant processing aid with anti-static properties that are incorporated into the resin. Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 eliminates the need for an external mold release agent and improves resin flow, dispersion, resin additives ex:(reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), and reduces cycle time. The use of Cel-Span® Process Aid 101 will not have an adverse effect on the physical properties. Compatible with Polyethylene, Polystyrene, and Polypropylene.

Endex 1040™ is a chemical foaming agent which utilizes innovative technology to produce superior quality foamed products. It has a high gas yield and the fast response time typical of exothermic chemical foaming agents, and generates fine, closed-cell foams, which result in moldings and extrusions of high quality.

M.G. Polyblends SI-12 has developed 50% concentrate of ultra high molecular weight polydimethyl siloxane in polypropylene carrier for use of automotive interiors, appliances and all other applications which are using PP, Talc-filed PP, TPO's, Talc-filed TPO's as the base polymer. This masterbatch is mainly used for low gloss appearance along with good scratch and abrasion resistance.

It can be blended evenly with other materials in production, easier processing. It is used as processing aids and surface modifier for thermoplastics, to improve the flowability in processing and surface properties of products, improve smoothness and surface glossiness, reduce coefficient of friction, and improve the touch feelings.

POLYB® PA-490 is an additive added to attain improvement for processing of polyolefin resin at very low levels usage(100~100ppm). It is a white powder made of modified fluoro-elastomer. polymer processing aid is coated at the inside of the die wall and decreases the friction between melted resin and the die wall.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 332 is a non-clear compounded product containing a high level of thermal stabilizers and CAC0₃ to provide protection of film resins during high temperature extrusion and lamination processes, thus maximizing inherent physical properties of the natural al resins. CelSpan® Process Aid 332 eliminates build up in both internal and external metal surfaces of the extrusion die, as well as reduction of wrinkles in thin gage films. This product will extend Tio₂ up to 5% without loss of opacity.

MLPlastics Additive Masterbatches PE EPH500 is a fluoropolymer based additive masterbatch containing 5% of the effective substance in PE carrier resin. Acts as a processing aid. It reduces the melt fracture (sharkskin), die-build-up and power consumption. Increases throughput. The masterbatch forms a thin coating on the metal surfaces that acts as a lubricant and reduces the friction between the metal and the polymer. Compatible with polyolefin.

Maskom masterbatch & Compound Technologies M 85091 is a PROCESS AID (PPA). Guarantees uniform melting, low friction and smooth product surface for the extruder. Removes burns in dead zones of the extruder, avoids stripe and herringbone formation on the film..

South Carolina Polymer 3518 is a high density oxidized polyethylene used in coating industries, overprint varnish, polishes, and inks to improve surface properties including scuff and mar resistance. This can also provide heat resistance in hot melt adhesives. In PVC processing, SCPG3518 can be used as a metal release agent and acts as fusion control for formulations and can also be used in aqueous emulsions & dispersions.

SEMBATCH 200 is a process aid in LDPE film applications. It increases the mechanical properties of the film and reduces the use of white masterbatch.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 is a product recommended as a replacement for the traditional phenolic and hindered amine combination for the thermal and ultraviolet stabilization of polyester resins during high temperature processing. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 enhances the process window of Polyester and PET resins. In addition, this product maintains the IV (Intinsic Viscosity) of Polyester and PET resins coupled with excellent UV stability. Cel-Span® Process Aid 705 also provides protection to caustic environment and bleach resistance to Polyester and PET resins with both bottle and fiber grade products. It is important that this product be used at 2% - 3% with the Polyester or PET resin before the fabrication or molding process to take advantage of the excellent properties of the unique masterbatch. It will insure that the polyester resin is protected through the molding and life cycle of the parts

Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L is a processing concentrate in a compatible resin carrier used in extrusion and injection processes to enhance flow and reduce the processing temperature while increasing productivity for all types of polyolefin resins. Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L contains a unique additive that enhances the flow characteristics of polyolefin resins, reduces cycle time, while improving mold filling in multiple cavity molds. In extrusion and blow molding applications, Cel-Span® Process Aid 610L enhances flow and reduces processing temperature of polyolefin resins as much as 30 to 50 degrees. This reduction in processing and melt temperatures results in less polymer degradation, better color, lower cycle time and higher output especially in sheet, injection molding,and blow molding applications, and extrusion applications.

Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 is a molecular concentrate used as a replacement for the traditional metal halides for stabilization of Nylons at high temperatures. This product is used at 1% - 3% active level depending on the type of compound and processing conditions. Cel-Span® Process Aid 701 also provides gloss, ozone, and bleach resistance to nylon fibers, without the use of metal halide stabilizers.

Hot polymerized SBR 1009AF is used in spray applied adhesives, calendared products, and extruded mechanical goods where smoothness and controlled shrinkage are critical requirements.
