SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

LIOPUR 2004-151 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. Coatings based on LIOPUR 2004-151 form tack-free, transparent films with good surface hardness after air drying. When combined with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates, this can be used for air-drying water-based two-pack parquet fllor varnishes because of its high abrasion resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, wood flooring, industrial coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and other printing applications.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2602 is an aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip resistance and abrasion resistance are required. HD-2602 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates, including plastics, metals, and textiles.

LRBG Chemicals USA RUFR 1006M is an off-white/yellow latex intumescent fire-retardant polyurethane coating designed as a primer coating for wood and engineered wood composites. When applied and dried, it creates a low-gloss protective primer coating. When exposed to temperatures above 200°C, it creates a multicellular protective char layer that shields the wood substrate beneath it from the fire. This system has excellent adhesion to wood composites and yields low flame spread and smoke development ratings. It may be crosslinked with low levels of polycarbodiimide or melamine/urea crosslinkers to achieve excellent water resistance in the surface coating.
