GEMATILEN® BK60 HD is 60% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.

VALCAL 75 is ground Calcium Carbonate based products made from very white, pure crystalline CaCO3 with low oil absorption properties.

CalciRC 100 acts as a filler. It is a dry powder with high brightness and controlled top-cut. Has high purity, unique particle shape and narrow particle size distribution. Offers high whiteness, low iron content, low levels of heavy metals, low abrasivity, less agglomeration and better flow as well as rheological properties. Also offers lower density, no dust or waste from ultra-fine particles, optimum optical properties and relatively low surface area. It helps to achieve 6-sigma process control. Used in paints and printing inks applications.

Bacote® 20 series Stabilized Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate is a highly effective crosslinker. It crosslinks with all commonly used binders to improve the surface structures strength by reducing the amount of weakly bonded particles available on the paper surface. This certain characteristic is of value to coated papers and offset printing. As well Bacote 20 crosslinks instantly to the binder, offering a rapid cure time in the drying section of the paper process, it is compatible with practically all coating and press formulations.

ADDAPT SILSTAB L 50 is a solvent free, Potassium Silicate solution for aqueous systems such as Plasters (Putz) and Coatings It is a stabilized Potassium Silicate solution.
