DEHESIVE® 811 is a solvent-based condensation-curing silicone specifically recommended for release coatings. VISIOMER® Terra IBOMA is a bulky side-chain alkyl methacrylate monomer known for its exceptionally high glass transition temperature (Tg). DIACRON™ FC-1565 is a polyester resin with excellent solvent solubility. Acrylic Bead Resins TB-322 is a solid bead methacrylate copolymer intended for use in solvent-based coating systems where improved adhesion to difficult metals is important. TB-322 exhibits excellent outdoor durability. DIACRON™ FC-3288 is a polyester resin with excellent pigment dispersibility. It is a low Tg grade and is optimal as a binder for paints and adhesives. SILRES® 610 is a hard, solid silicone resin containing methyl groups. It is supplied in the form of solid flakes. A typical application is its use as a binder for high-temperature-resistant coatings after being dissolved in a suitable solvent. SILRES® 610 is utilized as a binder in coatings, offering a combination of heat resistance and weathering resistance. Additionally, it dries quickly, resulting in a film that is free from tackiness.

SILRES® BS Creme F is an aqueous, solvent-based, creamy hydrophobic impregnating agent based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is a high-quality specialty product recommended for the hydrophobic impregnation of natural mineral substrates such as brick, limesandstone, and sandstone. When applied correctly, it effectively reduces water uptake, provides deep penetration, and produces a desirable beading effect. Importantly, the treated surface maintains its natural appearance.

CRA® 21 is an exceptional controlled release additive specifically formulated for adjusting the release force in solvent-based DEHESIVE® systems. As a solvent-based additive, it delivers high release levels, making it highly efficient in its intended application. Additionally, CRA® 21 exhibits good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time.

VINNAPAS® B 60 FG is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. The clear and colorless resin is prepared by the polymerization of vinyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 60 FG is tasteless. Applications include building and construction adhesives, composites and molding, do-it-yourself, industrial adhesives, industrial coatings, and resin modification.

WACKER® L 655 is a crosslinking aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike conventional polydimethylsiloxanes in the WACKER® AK series, WACKER® L 655 demonstrates exceptional affinity to various surfaces. When exposed to atmospheric humidity or reactive polish actives like acid waxes, WACKER® L 655 undergoes crosslinking, resulting in the formation of a stable and insoluble polymer film. This film exhibits outstanding substrate affinity and resistance to detergents.

CRA® 23 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive designed to adjust the release force in solvent-based DEHESIVE® systems. As a solvent-based controlled release agent, it provides exceptional release levels. Moreover, CRA® 23 exhibits good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. HALOX® BW-100 is a white, nonrefractive, tannin stain-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems and has been specifically designed as a tannin stain inhibitor, providing performance and compatibility in a variety of resin systems such as acrylic latexes, vinyl acrylic latexes, styrenated acrylic latexes, and solventborne alkyds.

HALOX® 700 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coatings. It provides extended protection in solvent-based and water-based epoxy and urethane coatings through the combination of zinc and aluminum phosphates. When used in alkyd and acrylic coatings, it is recommended to use it in combination with HALOX® Organic Corrosion Inhibitors for optimal performance.

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

HALOX® CZ-170 is a versatile pigment used in protective coating systems to inhibit corrosion and tannin staining. It is a great replacement for zinc oxide and can be used in high-gloss and thin-film applications due to its finer particle size and narrow distribution. With a gloss of over 75 units at 60° and a film thickness of less than 1.0 mils, or 25 microns, HALOX® CZ-170 is a great option for a variety of coating needs. It can be used to protect both metal and wood substrates, making it a universal option for coating systems.

HALOX® Z-PLEX® 250 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in various protective coatings. It is classified as Zn3(PO4)2.2H2O (dihydrate) and is compliant with ASTM D6280, Specification for Zinc Phosphate Pigment Type I. The recommended loading levels for HALOX® Z-PLEX® 250 range from 5–10% based on the total formula weight.

HALOX® SW-111 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. HALOX® SW-111 is recommended for use in most water-borne and solvent-borne epoxies. HALOX® SW-111 can be formulated into most water-reducible resin systems and corrosion-resistant caulks and sealants.

HALOX® 550 WF is a water-free (WF) corrosion inhibitor and adhesion promoter that uses a sol-gel-based formula. It is designed to protect a variety of coatings, including waterborne and solventborne clear coats, glossy direct-to-metal coatings, thin-film coatings, acrylic emulsions, polyurethanes, epoxies, alkyds, water-reducible alkyds, PVB wash primers, and polyester resins. This product is suitable for use in low-pH and acid-catalyzed systems.

HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 is a corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems that is highly versatile and more cost-effective than commercial zinc phosphate. HALOX® Z-PLEX 111 can provide a higher level of corrosion protection than commercial zinc phosphate when used as an equal-weight replacement.

HALOX® 650 is an organic corrosion inhibitor primarily designed for coatings and primers on metal surfaces. It is specifically formulated for use in solvent-borne or powder-coating applications to provide long-term corrosion protection. HALOX® 650 can be used in a variety of applications, including coil coatings, resins such as thermoplastic acrylics or epoxies, powder coating systems such as polyester or TGIC, acid-catalyzed thermosetting systems such as melamine or urea-formaldehyde, and wash (etch) primers based on PVB.

HALOX® Z-PLEX® 750 is an inorganic and organic hybrid corrosion inhibitor primarily designed for coatings and primers on metal surfaces. HALOX® Z-PLEX® 750 is specifically designed for use in a variety of solventborne or waterborne applications to cost-effectively provide the traditional function of an inorganic corrosion inhibitor with the benefits of an organic corrosion inhibitor.

Dragonsorb® 5151 is a mixture of benzotriazole UVA with HALS light stabilizer. This liquid light stabilizer blend is developed specifically for coatings. Its high thermal stability and permanence make it suitable for coatings exposed to high bake temperatures and/or extreme environmental conditions. Its broad UV absorbance allows effective protection of light-sensitive substrates such as wood and plastics.

HALOX® BW-191 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. It is recommended for use in most waterborne systems, such as latexes and water reducibles, and due to its lower oil absorption, it can also be effective in anticorrosive high-solids coatings. On the other hand, HALOX® BW-111 is recommended for use in solventborne epoxy systems, both conventional and high-solids.
