T Soft® Amide C is a 100% active 1:1 coconut oil based diethanolamine surfactant containing glycerin. Effective as a foam booster and stabilizer, fragrance oil solubilizer and viscosity builder in detergent formulations. T Soft® Amide C is plant derived with high biodegradability and low aquatic toxicity.

H-Soft® AO-14 formula is a 29% active myristyl dimethylamine oxide in water that is known to build viscosity and increase foaming capabilities. Acid, base, and hypochlorite-stable, AO-14 is compatible with anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants. Its exceptional quality allows it to be applied in a wide range of applications and markets, such as in quality dishwashing detergents as a viscosity builder, grease remover, and rinsing agent.

WACKER® MQ 803 TF is a co-hydrolysis product of tetraalkoxy silane (Q unit) and trimethylalkoxy silane (M unit). Its chemical structure forms a three-dimensional network of polysilicic acid units, which are endblocked with trimethylsilyl groups. The product contains residual ethoxy and hydroxy functions. The average molecular weight can be precisely controlled by adjusting the ratio of M and Q units, with WACKER® MQ 803 TF having a ratio of approximately 0.67. WACKER® MQ 803 TF is a pure white powder that is manufactured to be largely free of volatile impurities, containing only trace amounts of aliphatic hydrocarbons. The product's low presence of fine dust particles and its uniform spherical particle shape contribute to its excellent rheological properties, particularly its flowability. As a result, common powder processing techniques such as bottling, conveying, and metering are simplified.

H-Soft® AB is a high-foaming amphoteric surfactant with superior foaming and viscosity-building properties compared to traditional cocamidopropyl betaines. Suitable for industrial and personal care applications, it offers mild cleansing, flash foam, and lime soap dispersion across a wide pH range. Compatible with anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants, it can function as a primary or secondary surfactant.

Alcoguard 5800 is a hydrophobically modified alkali swellable rheology modifier emulsion. It can be used in formula systems (e.g., electrolyte solutions, surfactants, etc.) with high levels of surfactants or electrolytes that adversely affect other thickeners. When the pH value of the system is greater than 7, Alcoguard 5800 efficiently thickens and stabilizes most water-based formulas. For some special formula systems and with the proper formulation technique, when the design is reasonable and the pH is below 7, Alcoguard 5800 can also effectively work as a thickener.

MACKAMIDE® CPA FLAKE is a 1:1 coconut monoisopropanolamide, free from DEA and MEA, offering ultra-purity and optimization. It enhances viscosity response and foam stability in formulations. VANZAN® D Xanthan Gum is a surface-treated grade of xanthan gum that provides easy dispersion with rapid viscosity development, without the formation of lumps or “fish eyes”. VANZAN D is surface-treated to make it temporarily insoluble. This facilitates dispersion and prevents the gum from dissolving until the surface treatment is removed by raising the pH of the system to 9 or greater. It is particularly convenient for systems where the final pH is alkaline. The rheology of VANZAN D solutions is remarkably stable over a broad temperature range and will not change significantly between ambient temperature and 60°C. Additionally, VANZAN D has excellent freeze/thaw stability.

Cola®Teric AV is an alkyl betaine that effectively thickens HCl as well as mixtures of HCl and other mineral acids. As a surfactant, Cola®Teric AV also provides wetting and detergency properties in acid formulations. Due to its viscosity building efficiency, ease of formulation and long-term stability in mineral acids, Cola®Teric AV is ideal for use in acid bowl cleaners, dairy cleaners and a variety of applications where viscous acid solutions are required. For easiest results, add the ColaTeric AV to the water and then add the acid.

Cola®Liquid DT is a non-ionic 1:1 diisopropanolamine (DIPA) amide of tall oil fatty acids. Colonial Chemical’s Cola®Liquid products consist of completely liquid, consumer acceptable non-DEA amides that perform like traditional alkanolamide surfactants. Cola®Liquid DT provides viscosity building and foam stabilizing properties. The product is liquid and very mild to eyes and skin. Cola®Liquid DT can be used as a substitute for 1:1 DEA amides in any application where traditional alkanolamide surfactants have been used. Cola®Lux LO is an amine oxide that provides good detergency, exceptionally high foaming, and viscosity forming properties. This product is recommended for shampoos, handsoaps, bath products, creams and lotions, hair conditioners, dishwashing detergents, cleansers, and hard surface cleansers.
