VANZAN® Xanthan Gum is a general purpose xanthan gum grade suitable for coatings and constructions applications. The rheology of VANZAN solutions is remarkably stable over a broad temperature range and will not change significantly between ambient temperature and 60°C. Additionally, VANZAN has excellent freeze/thaw stability.
