Cherry Central Red Tart Pitted Cherries, IQF - Diced (FP07-59) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the Montmorency variety group. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are destemmed, sorted, sized, and pitted. The fruit is individually quick frozen, packaged in a polylined box, passed through a metal detector, and stored at 0°F or less. The IQF cherries are removed from the freezer, mechanically halved, conveyed across a shaker screen, sorted, and inspected. The halved cherries are sent through the slicer a second time, producing a random-cut diced cherry (approximately 3/8" dice). The fruit is repackaged and passed through a metal detector before returning to the freezer.

Cherry Central Organic Montmorency Red Tart Cherrie, IQF - Diced (FP07-142) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the red tart cherry variety group Montmorency. Cherries are washed, de-stemmed, sorted, sized, and pitted. The fruit is individually quick frozen, packaged in a polylined box, passed through a metal detector, and stored at 0°F or less. The IQF cherries are removed from the freezer, mechanically diced, conveyed across a shaker screen, sorted, and inspected. The fruit is repackaged and passed through a metal detector before returning to the freezer.

Cherry Central Organic Montmorency Red Tart Cherry Puree Single Strength - Frozen (FP07-141) is a smooth, semi-solid product prepared from clean, sound fruits that are adequately ripened and free from lumps, stems, pits, leaves, or foreign material. The final product is frozen at 0°F or less.

Cherry Central Organic Montmorency Red Tart Cherries, IQF - Halves (FP07-143) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the red tart cherry variety group Montmorency. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are destemmed, sorted, sized, and pitted. The fruit is individually quick frozen, packaged in a polylined box, passed through a metal detector, and stored at 0°F or less. The IQF cherries are removed from the freezer, mechanically halved, conveyed across a shaker screen, sorted, inspected, repackaged, and passed through a metal detector before returning to the freezer.

Cherry Central Montmorency Red Tart Cherries, Puree Single Strength - Frozen (FP07-10) is a smooth, semi-solid product prepared from clean, sound fruits that are adequately ripened and free from lumps, stems, pits, leaves, or foreign material. The final product is frozen at 0°F or less.

Cherry Central Red Tart Pitted Cherries, Organic - IQF (FP07-54) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the red tart cherry variety group Montmorency. The fruit is certified organic from the orchard, washed, cooled and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are then sized, destemmed, sorted and pitted. Red tart pitted cherries are then individually quick frozen and packaged in a poly lined box and then stored at 0°F or less. All products are evaluated based on U.S. Standards for grades of frozen red tart pitted cherries (June 1974), Grade A or B.

Cherry Central Montmorency Red Sour Cherries - IQF (FP07-100) are prepared from properly ripened fruit of the Montmorency variety group of the red sour cherry. The fruit is carefully harvested, washed, cooled, and rapidly handled prior to processing. Cherries are sized, destemmed, sorted, and pitted. Red Sour pitted cherries are individually quick frozen, packaged in a poly lined carton, and stored at 0°F or less. All products are evaluated based on U.S. Standards for grades of frozen red sour pitted cherries (June 1974) Grade A 94 score.
