SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL1213T is a transparent injection molding grade based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. This grade offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics, excellent processability and good chemical resistance. It is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES SLX2271AML is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is an antimicrobial compound available in transparent and tinted colors. Added features of this grade include: Good Weatherability and Scratch Resistance.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOTUF™ PF003IU compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing 15% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Impact Modified and UV Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRIN EXL7414B polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade with major component synthesized from Bio source. This resin offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40ºC), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard PC. ELCRIN EXL7414B resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC 62368-1.

It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

Added features of this material include: good flow and UL V-0 rating at 0.8 mm thickness.

This conductive, injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and high impact resistance. NORYL NX0031 resin was designed for electrostatic painting and powder coating without the need for a conductive primer. This material can also be solvent painted and is an excellent for candidate for exterior, painted applications such as trim and fairings for outdoor vehicles, motorcycle, heavy truck, bus, personal watercraft, and marine.
