NORYL™ Resin NH5120BIO4 is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) featuring bio-based content. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2310R is an improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. The material is opaque and can be custom colored.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN WF0061iQ compound is based on Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin utilizing ELCRIN iQ upcycling technology containing minimum 25% Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) weight content and 30% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, UL94V0 and 5VA Flame Rating, Excellent Chemical Resistance. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a more sustainable FR and PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES SLX2271AML is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is an antimicrobial compound available in transparent and tinted colors. Added features of this grade include: Good Weatherability and Scratch Resistance.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL1213T is a transparent injection molding grade based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. This grade offers extreme low temperature ductility in combination with high flow characteristics, excellent processability and good chemical resistance. It is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9334 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
