It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharges, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals. This epoxy has a convenient 2:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 834B can be cured at room temperature or higher.

BD5460 is a two-part, epoxy hybrid room temperature cure adhesive designed industrial bonding, small potting and laminating where excellent strength and toughness, structural bonding, and mechanical and electrical properties are required. This 2-part adhesive cures at room temperature, exhibits good wetting, and develops high strength, low shrink bonds to most materials including fiberglass, ceramics, metals and many plastics. It has great dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Fully cured bd5420 is a durable electrical insulator with resistance to water, weather, ozone and oxygen, various solvents, fuels, oils, alcohols, mild acids and alkalis and many other organic compounds including diesel fuel and gasoline. It is especially formulated for a 2:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 120 minutes with a full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

Silver Conductive Pen 842AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with highly conductive silver flakes. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs damaged traces on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It also creates conductive traces for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It is great for making small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It can also be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. For applications where high conductivity is not required, the 838AR-P Carbon Conductive Pen and the 841AR-P Nickel Conductive Pen provide economical alternatives.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. Super ShieldTM Nickel Conductive Spray Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. It also provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for use in marine environments. 841AR provides a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronic enclosures that suppresses EMI/RFI emissions. It excels when corrosion resistance is a concern.

419D-P pen applies an acrylic coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It functions as both a solder resist and a conformal coating. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 10 minutes. It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419D-P is used to repair scratches and chips in permanent solder masks, to touch up areas missed during conformal coating applications, or to repair conformal coating after replacing isolated components. It may be removed with appropriate strippers or soldered through for repair or rework. 422B is designed for applications where both high service temperature and flexibility are required. It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.
