EC-1030FL is a 2 component, flexible, high temperature epoxy potting compound. EC-1030FL offers an open work time at room temperature and cures at elevated temperatures. EC-1030FL can withstand temperatures of over 175°C and stays flexible at very low temperatures.

BD5460 is a two-part, epoxy hybrid room temperature cure adhesive designed industrial bonding, small potting and laminating where excellent strength and toughness, structural bonding, and mechanical and electrical properties are required. This 2-part adhesive cures at room temperature, exhibits good wetting, and develops high strength, low shrink bonds to most materials including fiberglass, ceramics, metals and many plastics. It has great dimensional stability over a wide range of temperatures. Fully cured bd5420 is a durable electrical insulator with resistance to water, weather, ozone and oxygen, various solvents, fuels, oils, alcohols, mild acids and alkalis and many other organic compounds including diesel fuel and gasoline. It is especially formulated for a 2:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 120 minutes with a full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.

102-11/B187 is a black, flame-out, two component, epoxy potting and encapsulating compound. Product is designed to release entrapped air rapidly during cure, resulting in a smooth, pinhole free surface. 102-11 is an improved, crack resistance version of F947.Features Excellent resistance to thermal shock Longer pot life. Requires mild heat cure.

Rovene 6502 is a high solids, acrylic emulsion designed for formulation of PSA and packaging adhesives It can be used neat or blended with a variety of polymer emulsions, dispersed tackifiers, and fillers to yield performance characteristics that meet specific requirements. Rovene 6502 may also have application in vinyl flooring adhesives due to its plasticizer migration resistance.

It also bonds well to drywall and can be painted over with common architectural paints. 842WB is designed to reduce EMI/RFI interferences in architectural and electronic applications.

It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 419D-P is used to repair scratches and chips in permanent solder masks, to touch up areas missed during conformal coating applications, or to repair conformal coating after replacing isolated components. It can also be used to protect conductive pen traces.

Silver Conductive Pen 842AR-P pen dispenses an acrylic lacquer pigmented with highly conductive silver flakes. The cured traces are durable and corrosion resistant. They adhere well to plastics and most electronic substrates. The traces are flexible, but the product works best on a smooth, flat, hard surface. The valve tip opens when pressed against the surface, and the flow is controlled by squeezing the barrel. This pen repairs damaged traces on keyboards, game controllers, remote controls, mixing boards, and PCBs. It also creates conductive traces for prototyping, hobbies, or maker projects. It is great for making small connections in or between circuits, such as jumpers, through-holes, bridges, and links. It can also be used to increase the surface area of contacts by painting the area around them. For applications where high conductivity is not required, the 838AR-P Carbon Conductive Pen and the 841AR-P Nickel Conductive Pen provide economical alternatives.

844AR is a one-part, solvent-based, permanent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) coating. It adheres strongly to plastics, paints, metals, and many other surfaces. The cured coating is flexible, durable, and will not crack, chip or peel. The coating can be cured at room temperature or higher. 844AR is commonly used in electronic assembly lines to protect against electrostatic charge build-up on tools, production conveyor and bumpers, assembly trays, workstation surfaces, and enclosures.

419C Acrylic Conformal Coating is an IPC-CC-830B and UL 94 V-0 certified, fast drying, xylene, and toluene free product. This one-part coating provides an excellent finish, is easy to use, and does not require special or costly equipment to apply. It is ideal for high moisture environments and applications requiring easy repair and rework. 419C coating protects electronic circuit against moisture, dirt, dust, and thermal shocks that could corrode, short circuit, or damage the electric component. It insulates against high-voltage arcing, shorts, and static discharges. As well, this coating provides a high dielectric withstand voltage that allows traces to be put closer together which helps with miniaturization.

It puts minimum stress on components during thermal cycling, making it ideal for applications that involve a wide temperature range. It provides strong protection against moisture, corrosion, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, short circuits, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

4223F-312G – Urethane Coating Spray 4223F-312G is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset urethane (UR) conformal coating spray. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with the right conformal coating remover (MG’s 8309 or 8310A) or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F-312G is considered to be one of the best conformal coatings for protecting circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.
