It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX NX0031 resin is a non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This conductive, injection moldable grade exhibits high heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and high impact resistance. NORYL NX0031 resin was designed for electrostatic painting and powder coating without the need for a conductive primer. This material can also be solvent painted and is an excellent for candidate for exterior, painted applications such as trim and fairings for outdoor vehicles, motorcycle, heavy truck, bus, personal watercraft, and marine. It is available only in black. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G6 is a 30% glass fiber filled ULTEM Utility grade. The grade will have a limited color availability, dark gray to black. The data listed in this data sheet are the lower specification limits, apart from the MFR, CTE, HDT at 1.8 MPa, Density, Tensile strain, Water Absorption, Thermal Conductivity and Shrinkage which are typical data. The MVR of this material at 337 degrees C/6.7 kgf will have a specification between 3 and 7.5 (MFR: 4.2-10.5)

NORYL GTX910 resin exhibits excellent chemical resistance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as plastic/metal hybrid components, rail extensions, crash cans, wheel covers, and energy absorbers. This material is RoHS compliant and inherently flame retardant, without the need for any flame retardant additives, and offers a UL94 V0 rating at over 0.5 mm. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

Added features of this grade include: High Dielectric Constant (Dk), Extremely Low Dissipation Factor (Df), Good Ductility and Good Thermal Performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

LNP THERMOCOMP UF008AR compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin, containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Mold Release.

SABIC's Specialties Business Cycoloy* RCX7233 (experimental grade name EXCY0355) resin is an injection moldable impact modified PC blend with non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant. It contains 30% post consumer recycle content with a UL-94 V0 rating @ 0.75 mm for all color. Developed for applications require excellent flow and impact balance with thin wall flame resistance. Limited availability and restricted color only.
