SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Added features of this grade include: High Dielectric Constant (Dk), Extremely Low Dissipation Factor (Df), Good Ductility and Good Thermal Performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business Cycoloy* RCX7233 (experimental grade name EXCY0355) resin is an injection moldable impact modified PC blend with non-brominated and non-chlorinated flame retardant. It contains 30% post consumer recycle content with a UL-94 V0 rating @ 0.75 mm for all color. Developed for applications require excellent flow and impact balance with thin wall flame resistance. Limited availability and restricted color only.

ULTEM™ Resin 4002 is a PTFE filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL 94 V0 and 5VA listing in recognized colors.

ULTEM™ Resin DT1810EVUCL has improved ductility, transparent, enhanced flow Polyetherimide blend (Tg 200C) with internal mold release and enhanced ductility.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.
