New resin system not only cures under 1-2 minutes at 150°C at press under isothermal curing conditions but also hot de-moldable and long out-life of one year at ambient temperature.

The addition of two fillers of different nature allows us to create products with a unique set of properties such as dimensional stability, stiffness, and attractive textures and finishes. Filled between 5 and 50%, these thermoplastic compounds demonstrate very good mechanical, UV-resistant and color-controller properties – and are a very good value in terms of quality/price.

Grunstoff Kunststoff-Recycling PC (Polycarbonate) is chemically speaking a polyester. It possesses a special combination of properties that make it highly versatile: it is highly transparent, has a high heat deflection temperature and impact strength. Its continuous operating temperature lies between –40 and +130 °C, and it can be used for short periods at as high as about +150 °C. However, PC’s abrasion resistance is not great.
