Polynt Group BMC LP 250/22 RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good surface are combined into the BMC RF 1600/20. Resinoid 2089 is a chopped fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good physical and wear properties. This product has been specifically formulated for mechanical applications where minimal wear and low shrinkage values are desired. This material comes in bulk fabric form and is suitable for compression molding.

menzolit® SMC 1100 is a sheet molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is compression molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. The product contains no halogens or heavy metals nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

Polynt Group BMC S 1800 Structural is a bulk molding compound based on a blend of different thermoset resins reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for structural application. Excellent mechanical properties, mainly impact resistance, and easy molding behavior are combined into the BMC S 1800. BMC S 1800 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

AMC® 2593 is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® phenolic molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, with high heat resistance, low density and it exhibits low flammability characteristics. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 3K tow.

Resinoid 2277 is a chopped fabric reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molding applications where a lightweight, high strength material with good impact strength is needed. This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for transfer or compression molding and can be used in injection molding systems with deep flight screws. Resinoid 2277 meets the requirements of ASTM D-5948 CFI-20 (Formerly MIL M14/1 CFI-20).

Voltoid® D-800 is a resin-bonded cellulose fiber composite material. The D-800 series of products are specially formulated to provide consistent electrical and mechanical performance under conditions of variable ambient humidity and/or moisture. D-800 is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories for continuous use as an electrical and mechanical barrier to 105˚C. It is easily fabricated by being punched and blanked.
