Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Aegis® H55WC01 is a medium viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound providing excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It also offers a well-balanced set of properties including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons. Aegis® H55WC01 nylon compound has been investigated in accordance with the test methods outlined in ANSI/UL 1581 and ANSI/UL 83 and is certified under UL QMTT2 for use in wire, cable and flexible lighting products.

Aegis® H85WC01 resin is a medium-high viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 jacket compound for use in wire, cable, flexible lighting and plenum applications. It provides excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions along with a well-balanced set of properties, including low fuming, high toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZIE resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZIE, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H55ZIE is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monofilament and multifilament applications, including carpet fiber (natural and SDN) and industrial textiles.

Aegis® PIR-H55ZI resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® H55ZI, its standard, non-recycled counterpart. Aegis® PIR-H55ZI is an unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for monfilament and multifilament applications as well as carpet fiber.

Aegis® H8202NLB is an unfilled, low/medium viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt fluidity for filling thin sections. It exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® H35ZI is an unfilled, low viscosity, non-lubricated nylon 6 injection molding homopolymer exhibiting excellent melt flow properties for filling thin sections and reduced cycle times. It exhibits good strength, stiffness and toughness as well as excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Aegis® PIR-MBM resin from AdvanSix contains 100% post-industrial recycled (PIR) raw materials while providing the same top performance and processability as Aegis® MBM, its standard, non-recycled counterpart.Aegis® PIR-MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H55ZI is a versatile, unterminated, medium viscosity, nylon 6 homopolymer, used for carpet fiber, as a base resin for engineered plastic compounds, and in monfilament and multifilament applications.

Aegis® MBM resin is a terminated, non-delustered, bright, medium dye, medium viscosity nylon 6 resin for carpet fiber and synthetic turf extrusion applications.

Aegis® H55ZIE resin is a 2.7 RV, unterminated, medium viscosity homopolymer for monofilament, multifilament and compounding applications.

Aegis® H55QP is a medium viscosity, lubricated, nylon 6 homopolymer well-suited for general extrusion and extrusion coating.

Aegis® H55WCX resin is a medium-viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound that provides excellent performance across a range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It offers well-balanced features including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance, and superior resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Akulon® K224-HG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that offers a cost-effective solution and is known for being heat stabilized, lightweight, and having reduced friction properties. They are UL flame-rated as well. They find applications in various markets, including automotive and transportation, building and construction, consumer goods, and industrial sectors.

Stanyl® TE200F6-FC is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include heat stabilization.

EcoPaXX® Q-HG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for thermal management applications and other structural parts. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It is heat stabilized and contains 30% glass reinforcement.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP RFN16S compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 30% glass fiber, Molybdenum diSulfide (MoS2). Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Wear Resistant.
