Pulpro PP-3 is a near white calcium carbonate designed for use as a resin filler in pultrusion, caulks, adhesives and sealants and/or in fiberglass spray up manufacturing. R.J. Marshall offers 4 distinct sizes. Pulpro3, a three micron calcium carbonate. Pulpro8, an eight micron calcium carbonate. Pulpro10, a ten micron calcium carbonate and Pulpro20, a twenty micron calcium carbonate product.

Talkron® NT 40 is a magnesium hydrosilicate (Talc) of high purity and lamellar structure with excellent grades of brightness. It is a natural product of great inertia and both chemical and biological stability. It has an ignition index of 8'07%, an HCI solubles of 3'70%, and a top cut of 40µm.

Jordan Mineral Est JM20C is a surface coated fine ground calcium carbonate powder with excellent dispersion produced from microcrystalline rhombohedral high purity white limestone.

Carbolag® 30P is a high purity precipitated calcium carbonate chemistry and whiteness, developed by LAGOS and used mainly in manufacture of plastics and rubbers. Due to its manufacturing process, withstands high process temperatures without changing the color of products finished. Through strict control of the entire production process, control of morphological structure and controlled distribution of the size of the particles, it is a product of high rheological performance and excellent application.

Ulmer Weiss 3-4 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 3.0-4.0. This product does not flash and is non flammable.

Hubercarb® G60 is a medium fine particle size calcium carbonate produced in Marble Hill, GA for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

West System 403-9 Microfibers, 6 oz is a fine fiber blend. Use it to thicken epoxy blended resin/hardener and create a multi-purpose adhesive. It’s most popular use is for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with microfibers has good gap-filling qualities but will still do an excellent job of wetting-out/penetrating into wood fibers. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy, it will cure to an off-white color.

Cel-Span® CFA 800 is an endothermic foaming agent concentrate recommended for injection molding & extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® CFA 800 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. SILMIKRON® is for industrial use, mighty, workable silica sand deposits are of decisive importance. Nevertheless, chemical purity and constancy are not enough in order to apply silica directly as a raw material. In Quarzwerke plants silica sands are thoroughly prepared. The raw material has to pass exten-sive cleaning-, classification-, drying- and iron-free grinding processes in order to produce silica sands, flours and powders. For the production of silica flours and -powders with a defined grain size distribution separation processes are required in addition to iron-free grinding. Quarzwerke are able to produce silica powders with grain sizes down to 1 μm due to a fine-tuned combination of grind- and classification technology. Another refining step is the surface-treatment with silanes or silan-based substances which can be adjusted to the respective application.

Geotex® FXZ is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. FXZ can be used as a texturizing agent in coatings, plaster, EIFS, as an abrasive in many applications and as a filler in PVC flooring. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.
