Ulmer Weiss KMH is a fine calcium carbonate powder with a yellow index of 11.0 designed for use as a filler, pigment, or mixing agent used in manufacturing processes. Common applications of this product include paper, paperboard, paints, varnishes, coatings, printing inks, mastics, soaps, detergents, rubber, and polishing mixtures. Ulmer Weiss KMH is a solid powder in appearance with a characteristic odor.

ACCR 120 is a fine white powder. It is processed from white marble.

Ziegler & Co. Naturprodukte Boruvit is the glass powder Boruvit acts as a functional filler in coatings by its transparency, which stays neutral with any pigmentation. It ensures a longer lifetime for the coating due to the absorption of UV-radiation. PIQ-White Filler 300 is a fine sized dry pulverized carbonate filler. Material is available in 50 lb. paper bags, palletized and stretch wrapped, 2000 lb. mini bulk bags or in bulk. Piqua Minerals fillers are available with various average particle sizing for other filler applications.

Zetafil CST 3 is described on a very white, pure crystalline CaCO3. Zetafil CST 3 is coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles to an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to an organic media. Due to its special particle size distribution, Zetafil CST3 is easily dispersed and can increase the % of fillers in the compound and coatings. Zetafil cst 3’s high brightness value assists the reduction of TiO2 in white compounds or coatings.

Cel-Span® CFA 897 is a 40% active endothermic foaming agent concentrates recommended for extrusion applications for a variety of thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, styrenics, MPPO and ABS. Cel-Span® CFA 897 is recommended for extrusion, and structural foam molding of polyolefins, polystyrene, MPPO and ABS. This product exhibits a very fine cell structure compared to a typical endothermic foaming agent in extrusion applications.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Homocal-D is a ultra-fine calcium carbonate which has 80 nm of particles as primary particle. These particles are surface coated with rosin acids in order to provide compatible surface modification when it is mixed with vehicle or diluents. Homocal-D is commonly applied to paint application where high concentrate formulation is required. Homocal-D contributes to improve brushing feature at the painting, also contributes to create glossy but smooth paint surface. Homocal-D, at the blend use with TiO2, contributes to improve water resistance, better anti alkaline and anti-gasoline properties.

Zetafil CST 1 is specially coated by an organic agent which transforms the surface of the inorganic particles into an organic one, thus achieving full compatibility of the filler to the resin. Due to its special particle size distribution and hydrophobic surface, Zetafil CST 1 is easily dispersed. Zetafil CST 1’s brightness value enables formulators to economize in Titanium Dioxide. The abrasive index of Zetafil cst 1 is exceptionally low due to the purity of the raw material, the fineness of its particles and the coating of its surface.

Hubercarb® M4 is a fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a uniform, high calcium limestone deposit in Marble Falls, Texas. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows M4 to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC compounds, caulks, silicone rubbers, and plastics.

Hubercarb® W325 is a 13-micron calcium carbonate grade produced in Quincy, IL. Its advantages include a controlled medium-fine particle size distribution with low moisture and low silica content.

Geotex® 10-20 is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. In applications needing high brightness material such as plaster and stuccos, Geotex has outstanding performance. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.

SILFIT Z 91 is a Calcined product based on Sillitin Z 86.

West System 404-45 High-Density Adhesive Filler, 43 oz is an epoxy thickening additive. We developed it for maximum physical adhesive properties in hardware bonding, or anywhere that high-cyclic loads are anticipated. Blended with epoxy, it makes an excellent gap filler or structural filets. Use this filler wherever you need an especially strong bond. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive.

Reinste 206M is Used as a functional filler for silicone sealant

GEMATILEN® BK80 HD is 80% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.

Ulmer Weiss 6-8 is similar to sand or gravel in appearance with a characteristic odor and grain size of 6.0-8.0. This product does not flash and is non flammable.
