Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Homocal-D is a ultra-fine calcium carbonate which has 80 nm of particles as primary particle. These particles are surface coated with rosin acids in order to provide compatible surface modification when it is mixed with vehicle or diluents. Homocal-D is commonly applied to paint application where high concentrate formulation is required. Homocal-D contributes to improve brushing feature at the painting, also contributes to create glossy but smooth paint surface. Homocal-D, at the blend use with TiO2, contributes to improve water resistance, better anti alkaline and anti-gasoline properties.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Homocal G-50 is our calcium carbonates make possible newspaper ink as black as night, subtle offset hues, Shimmering gravure tints, long-lasting satin-finish paints, strikingly clear baked-on coatings. Ultra-fine calcium carbonate - superior in translucency, gloss and fluidity - means top-quality, low-cost ink and paint extender pigments.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Viscoexcel-30 is a ultra-fine calcium carbonate which has 30 nm of particle size. These particles are surface coated with fatty acid to improve dispersion property at the mixing. Viscoexcel-30 is developed and designed as calcium type rheologicalmodifier. Viscoexcel-30provides high viscosity and high thixotropicproperty, the same as fumed silica or organic agent. Viscoexcel-30provides better rheologicalproperty both at low and high shear area, also provides better workability at high shear area.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Hakuenka DD is our original Ultra-fine precipitated calcium carbonate coated with organic compounds. It was originally developed for reinforcing rubber materials in the early 20th century. Hakuenka DD has 50 nm uniformed ultra-fine particles as primary particle. These particles are surface treated with rosin acid in order to provide compatible surface modification when it is mixed with organic materials or with vehicle or diluents. Hakuenka DD is specially applied for off-set ink, natural and synthetic rubber application. Hakuenka DD is also used as other application such as printing ink, rubber and so forth.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha White IGV-IV is a ultra-fine calcium carbonate which has 80 nm of primary particle size.These particles are surface coated with rosin acid to improve dispersion property at the mixing. White IGV-is developed and designed for gravure ink as extender pigments.White IGV-is easy to disperse and provides both high gloss and transparency to those ink products.White IGV-also provides adequate low viscosity which is required for gravure ink.
