Chemitac 11 is a versatile thermoreactive adhesive that can be used as a primer under other Chemitac covercoat adhesive for bonding NR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, HNBR, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, CSM and EPDM or as a one-coat adhesive for bonding NBR, ACM and solid PU to rigid substrates. Vycel EF is a viscosity-reducing diluent with very low color and a low odor level for Polyurethane and Epoxy systems. Vycel EF is very hydrophobic and is completely compatible with Epoxy, Phenolics, MDI, TDI and their Prepolymers

Viplex 223 is a general purpose extender for higher loading polyurethane systems and PVC plastisols.

Chemitac 141 is a covercoat adhesive used in conjunction with the primer Chemitac 11 for bonding NR, SBR, BR, CR, NBR, HNBR, IIR, CIIR, BIIR, CSM and EPDM to rigid substrates and fibers during vulcanization. It has excellent pre-bake resistance and can also be used as a one-coat adhesive for bonding some rubber compounds. Chemitac 141 is a lead-free product.

Epic Resins Epic S7191 is a two component urethane adhesive system. Epic Resins S7191 is a quick setting adhesive designed to be flexible for use in applications where the completed assembly will be required to bend without breaking.

Epic Resins Epic S7422 is a two component epoxy compound designed with a short pot life and anti-sag properties. Epic Resins S7422 is recommended in applications where quick turn over of parts is desired as well as good chemical resistance is needed.

Epic Resins Epic 0193 is a one component epoxy adhesive. Epic 0193 epoxy adhesive has been designed as a non-sagging thixotropic paste that is resilient and offers good resistance to gasoline and oils. Epic 0193 epoxy adhesive is recommended when bonding materials in environments that see moderate temperatures and severe vibration.

Kolon Industries Kocetal® UR304LOBK is an Acetal (POM) Copolymer product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America. Applications of Kocetal® UR304LOBK include electrical/electronic applications and engineering/industrial parts. Characteristics includes flame rated, RoHS compliant, impact modified and low to no odor/taste.

KOCETAL® UR302 is impact strength modified grade suitable for fastener and switch.

Nylene Nylene 5130 PT15 is a low wear 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6/6 using Nylene 5130 PT15 provides a low friction and very low wear surface while maintaining the high strength and stiffness required from a glass fiber reinforced material. 5130 PT15 is suitable for applications such as bushings and bearings, wear plates, and other parts where high strength with maximum wear resistance is required.

When cured, the elastomer resists weathering, ozone, moisture, UV and high temperatures. SS-1801 works well in static mix dispensing equipment.

Shakespeare® terpolymer series are linear polyamide grades with unique solubility characteristics and physical properties. They are compatible with other nylons and are ideal nylon carrier resins for color and functional additives requiring excellent dispersion and high loading. The resins offer improved adhesion to glass and metal surfaces. Selected grades are soluble in alcohol and can be applied by solution coating techniques.

Glue Machinery Corporation GIA1042 is a medium setting hot melt used for adhering difficult to bond substrates.

Nylene Duratel MF3 is a high-viscosity acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF3 has slightly higher toughness than standard MF9, and parts molded with MF3 should have thicker wall sections and shorter flow lengths to accommodate the higher viscosity. MF3 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
