Silicone Solutions SS-1801F

Silicone Solutions SS-1801F is a fast curing silicone RTV adhesive rubber developed for radiator sealing applications that require fast development of physical properties and excellent adhesion. SS1801F is a 2-part, 1:1 mix ratio silicone that when mixed and applied to the substrate allows handling of the coated radiator assembly within minutes. When cured, the elastomer resists weathering, ozone, moisture, UV and high temperatures. SS-1801F works well in static mix dispensing equipment.

Mixing Instructions

The preferred method of mixing and application of SS-1801 is through a static mixer at a 1:1 mix ratio by volume. The substrates should be held in place for 10 minutes while the adhesive is curing.

Very firm deep section cures are formed in 15 minutes. Ultimate cured properties are found in 24 hours.

SS-1801F is available in dual syringes, 18 lb pail kits, 90 lb pail kits and 1000 lb drum kits. This product is also available in customer defined packaging sizes, upon request.

Storage & Handling

Handling Precautions

For maximum shelf life, keep containers sealed when not in use. Keep out of the reach of children. Uncured sealant irritates eyes and skin. Refer to the SDS.

Shelf Life

Sealed containers are guaranteed for 6 months from the ship date when stored in a cool dry area below 70°F and above 32°F.
