Nylene 33% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized nylon 6/6. Heat and chemical resistance inherent in nylon resins, while the glass fiber reinforcement gives greatly increased strength and stiffness. Suitable for such applications as brackets, levers, covers, and other uses where strength and stiffness are required. The ASTM line call out is D4066 PA012G33.

Nylene Specially formulated nylon 6 molding resin possessing outstanding flow characteristics Ideally suited for applications requiring high flow properties and resistance to cracking Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 450 - 470°F at nozzle

Nylene® 2408 HSSP BK

Nylene High viscosity nylon copolymer with high impact resistance and superior flexibility Optimized with good melt strength for high line speeds in thin wall sections, and is available in natural and black 2407 HSSP is one of a family of grades specifically designed for the convoluted tubing industry, but can also be used for other extrusions and some molded parts

Nylene® 2407 HSSP

Nylene Nylene PX1719HS is a heat stabilized, high impact, nylon 6 extrusion grade resin with a low flexural modulus. PX1719HS is ideally suited for extrusion of tubing and profiles requiring outstanding toughness and flexibility. Because of its excellent flow characteristics, it may also be used for injection molding parts requiring a high Izod impact value. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 520 - 540°F at the die or nozzle.

Nylene® PX1719HS

Nylene General purpose, medium viscosity, extrusion grade resin used in applications such as rods, slabs, and tubing Other applications include wire jacketing and centrifugal casting which require good dielectric properties, toughness, and fatigue resistance Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 481°F - 500°F at the die

Nylene High viscosity nylon copolymer with enhanced impact and high flexibility Optimized with good melt strength for high line speeds in thin wall sections 2403 HSSP BK is one of a family of grades specifically designed for the convoluted tubing industry, but can also be used for other extrusions and some molded parts.

Nylene Duratel MF3 is a high-viscosity acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF3 has slightly higher toughness than standard MF9, and parts molded with MF3 should have thicker wall sections and shorter flow lengths to accommodate the higher viscosity. MF3 is suitable for such applications as clips, fasteners, gears, bushings and bearings, and other uses where long term creep and wear resistance are required.
