It offers improved thermal stability and performs better at higher temperatures than standard ETFE, with a maximum operating temperature of 200ºC. Its enhanced stress crack resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength make it suitable for ultra-thin layer insulation in vehicles and aircraft where reducing carbon footprint and increasing fuel efficiency is important.

It can be processed using conventional extrusion and injection molding techniques and is used for general-purpose extrusion and injection molding applications. Additionally, it has a higher flow rate than LM-730A.

PolyClad is a highly reflective foil sheet, specially clear coated or transparently colored then precisely cut to a specific particle size distribution. This light, fade resistance and colorfast material is an ideal additive for plastics, injection molding, roto-molding and masterbatch extrusion. Due to the technology the Polyclad is not recommend for use in water-based equipment.

EXTINITY® 0201-125 contains a flame-retardant package that is very thermally stable, UV stable and does not bloom. The brominated fire retardant in 0201-125 is RoHS compliant.
