MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ABS 1000 15018 WT1029-15 is a pre-dried acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer containing a special filler, designed for highly reflective and opaque automotive and lighting components such as light guides and reflectors. It should be processed with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO ABS 2017/506 is a pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer containing 17% glass fibers and recycled material. It is typically processed using injection molding, with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 10 WT1308-05LB is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer containing 10% special filler. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/180 is a base polymer composed of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with special features of injection molding grade and easy release (demolding). It has a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 200-240°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. MOCOM Compounds Alcom® CFX ABS 1000 UV 16013 GY1018-16MC is a metallic-effect acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer base polymer that has been UV-stabilized for improved durability. It is designed for injection-molded parts, particularly housings and bezels. Prior to processing, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80 °C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 15/2 WT1471-04LB is a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer filled with 15% special filler. It is highly reflective, opaque, and has good flow. For injection molding, it requires a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. It should be stored in a dry place, away from direct light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 15/1 WT31-956LB is a pre-dried acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer that contains a 15% special filler system, designed for automotive and various applications such as lighting and light blocking components, like light guides and reflectors. It has a high reflectivity and opacity. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C should be used, and the maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.02%.
