MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 2020/100.01 is a polypropylene homopolymer reinforced with 20% glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C, with features such as easy release (demolding), processing stability, and heat stability. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/100 GF20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% glass fibers, offering easy release (demolding), slip agent, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for furniture and various injection molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions should include drying in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours and in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MED PS 1000 04001 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. Pre-drying conditions include in an air circulating dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer between 60-80°C for 2-3 hours depending on the moisture content. It is highly heat stabilized and has easy release (demolding) and slip agent properties. Pre-Drying Conditions should be carried out in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding should be carried out at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and should not be exposed to temperatures above 30°C.
