MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9200-1 U is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer with a filler/additive system of 60% glass fiber/mineral. It is designed for pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of more than 140°C. It offers high toughness, high stiffness, low warpage, and low anisotropic shrinkage, making it suitable for use in the automotive and various market segments. It is typically used for applications such as seals.
