FULL METAL JACKET™ is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component “hybrid” polyurea spray coating material that incorporates both polyurethane and polyurea. It is designed to be used as a spray-applied truck bed liner. It can also be used in other, similar applications where a seamless, flexible system is essential. It creates an extremely tough monolithic membrane at a minimum thickness of just 10 mils.

K5™ is an ultra high-strength, high-elongation polyurea, originally developed as a resilient blast resistant polymer. Soon after, it was discovered that K5™ is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, compared to other spray applied coatings. K5™ can be sprayed on to virtually any surface configuration, at any thickness. Therefore, it can be selectively applied to high wear areas.

AQUASEAL™ is a state-of-the-art, high performance, spray applied plural-component pure polyurea elastomer. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and MDI prepolymers. It provides a flexible, resilient, tough, monolithic membrane with water and chemical resistance.

ECO-RISE™ (2.0 lb – 6.0 lb density) is a two component, closed cell, rigid structural polyurethane foam system. With millions of pounds applied in geotechnical applications over decades, SPI foams can be specifically engineered for your concrete slab lifting, road lifting and/or soil stabilization projects. This product has excellent processing characteristics, dimensional stability, and adhesion to substrate. ECO-RISE™ is formulated using only virgin Polyether polyols enhancing its hydrolytic stability characteristics.

PTU™ is a new generation of high-performance polyurea coating and is the result of six years of development and field testing. This chemical resistant coating provides high-ductility, allowing it to move with expanding and contracting surfaces. PTU™ can be sprayed to any thickness in one application and returned to service in a matter of hours.
