FULL METAL JACKET™ is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component “hybrid” polyurea spray coating material that incorporates both polyurethane and polyurea. It is designed to be used as a spray-applied truck bed liner. It can also be used in other, similar applications where a seamless, flexible system is essential. It creates an extremely tough monolithic membrane at a minimum thickness of just 10 mils.

K5™ is an ultra high-strength, high-elongation polyurea, originally developed as a resilient blast resistant polymer. Soon after, it was discovered that K5™ is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, compared to other spray applied coatings. K5™ can be sprayed on to virtually any surface configuration, at any thickness. Therefore, it can be selectively applied to high wear areas.

AQUASEAL™ is a state-of-the-art, high performance, spray applied plural-component pure polyurea elastomer. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and MDI prepolymers. It provides a flexible, resilient, tough, monolithic membrane with water and chemical resistance.

ECO-RISE™ (2.0 lb - 6.0 lb density) is a two component, closed cell, rigid structural polyurethane foam system. Withmillions of pounds applied in geotechnical applications over decades, SPI foams can be specifically engineeredfor your concrete slab lifting, road lifting and/or soil stabilization projects. This product has excellent processingcharacteristics, dimensional stability, and adhesion to substrate. ECO-RISE™ is formulated using only virgin Polyetherpolyols enhancing its hydrolytic stability characteristics.

POLYSHIELD HT™ 100F is a fast-set, high performance, spray-applied, plural component, pure polyurea elastomer. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and prepolymers. It provides a cost effective flexible, tough, resilient monolithic membrane with water and chemical resistance.

ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5 OC CL1 is the “B” component of a two-component polyurethane foam insulation systemprocessed at a 1:1 by volume. It has a 0.50 PCF spray in place density. ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5 OC CL1 is a water blownhybrid foam insulation system. This product provides superior energy efficiency and air infiltration control. Theproduct can be used in open wall cavities, crawlspaces, perimeter rim joists, cathedral ceilings, and garage ceilings.ENVELO-SEAL™ 0.5 OC is designed as a high performance building envelope insulation system for both residentialand commercial construction.

It is designed for spray in bed liners and other similar applications, where a seamless flexible system isessential. It is fast-set, rapid curing, flexible, and can be sprayed to any desired thickness. FULL METAL JACKET™PLUS provides a resilient, tough, abrasion resistant monolithic membrane. It is excellent for pick up truck bed liners,undercarriage coatings, and other vehicle protection.

ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB S spray foam wall insulation is a two-component polyurethane foam insulation system. Ithas a 1.9 - 2.2 PCF spray in place density. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB S was developed using an EPA approved zero ODPblowing agent. This product provides superior energy efficiency and air filtration control. The product can be used inopen wall cavities, crawlspaces, perimeter rim joists, cathedral ceilings, and garage ceilings. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB Smeets the USDA criteria for incidental food contact.

ELASTAFLEX™ 1.0 is a economical blend of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry with greater color/glossretention and more UV resistance than aromatic polyureas*. ELASTAFLEXTM 1.0 is formulated to be processedthrough a SPI Synergy proportioner such as the LPGTM.

AQUASEAL™ HI RISE X3 is a unique elastomer that expands approximately 300% of its original volume duringthe spray application. In place yield is ±50 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. when sprayed through a SPI LOCK N LOADTMgun. As X3 rises, it bridges substrate imperfections to virtually eliminate blowholes and pinholes when applied toporous surfaces such as vertical poured concrete and concrete masonry units (cmu). X3 is formulated with the “ULTRABONDTM” molecule therefore is self-priming in most instances.

EPL™ 1.5 is a high-strength, self-leveling, semi-rigid polyurea elastomer. Due to its high tensile strength, tear strength,and tensile modulus, EPLTM 1.5 is very resistant to deformation with over 400% elongation. This optimal balance ofphysical properties makes EPLTM 1.5 an ideal choice of polymers for filling or repairing construction joints, randomcracks, joint faces, and spalls. EPL-1.5TM is formulated to be processed through a SPI Synergy Series proportioner suchas the LPGTM or TI-13DTM.
