This product has excellent processingcharacteristics, dimensional stability, and adhesion to substrate. ECO-RISE™ is formulated using only virgin Polyetherpolyols enhancing its hydrolytic stability characteristics.

POLYSHIELD HT™ 100F is a fast-set, high performance, spray-applied, plural component, pure polyurea elastomer. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and prepolymers. It provides a cost effective flexible, tough, resilient monolithic membrane with water and chemical resistance.

FULL METAL JACKET™ PLUS is an economical, state-of-the-art, spray applied 100% pure polyurea thermosetelastomer. It is designed for spray in bed liners and other similar applications, where a seamless flexible system isessential. It is fast-set, rapid curing, flexible, and can be sprayed to any desired thickness. FULL METAL JACKET™PLUS provides a resilient, tough, abrasion resistant monolithic membrane. AQUASEAL™ HI RISE X3 is a unique elastomer that expands approximately 300% of its original volume duringthe spray application. In place yield is ±50 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. when sprayed through a SPI LOCK N LOADTMgun. As X3 rises, it bridges substrate imperfections to virtually eliminate blowholes and pinholes when applied toporous surfaces such as vertical poured concrete and concrete masonry units (cmu). X3 is formulated with the “ULTRABONDTM” molecule therefore is self-priming in most instances.

ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a unique blend of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry with greater color/gloss retentionand is more UV resistant than aromatic polyureas*. ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a very economical 100% pure polyurea whichexhibits very high tensile strength and elongation. ELASTAFLEX™ HP was stretched to twice the samples originallength at 30 times per minute, more than 530,000 times before breaking.

SPI ENVELO-POUR™ SFC I 2.0 CG is a two-component, rigid polyurethane foam system. Designed for pour foamapplications where constant flow characteristics and even density distributions are preferred. Its inherent fastinitiation and slow rise times make it suitable for pouring with plural component equipment or hand mixing andpouring into place.

AMP™ 100 spray-applied, plural-component 100% pure polyurea is a unique synergy of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry. AMP™ 100 pure polyurea is formulated using amine terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and aliphatic and aromatic prepolymers. For many applications this highly cross-linked elastomer offers an economical alternative to pure aliphatic protective coatings. AMP™ 100 can be used as a stand-alone product or as a topcoat over aromatic polyureas, polyurethanes, or hybrids.

EPL™ 1.5 is a high-strength, self-leveling, semi-rigid polyurea elastomer. Due to its high tensile strength, tear strength,and tensile modulus, EPLTM 1.5 is very resistant to deformation with over 400% elongation. This optimal balance ofphysical properties makes EPLTM 1.5 an ideal choice of polymers for filling or repairing construction joints, randomcracks, joint faces, and spalls. EPL-1.5TM is formulated to be processed through a SPI Synergy Series proportioner suchas the LPGTM or TI-13DTM.

Witha 1 minute 30 second tack time, it is excellent for projects that require a broadcast aggregate and/or require a smoothsurface.

SPI ENVELO-POUR™ 2.0 - 30.0 is a closed cell 2.0 lb - 30 lb density is a two component, rigid polyurethane system for pour foamapplications. This foam is low viscosity and is specifically designed for pour operations to produce rigid foam for slabjacking, as well as pole set in lieu of concrete. Other uses include tooling, flotation, mold fabrication, and void filling.
