Efalon® Bronze-filled B-60

Efalon® Bronze-filled B-60 is added in percentages of weight between 40 and 60%. PTFE Bronze filled has the best wear properties, remarkable compression strengths and good thermal conductivity, but poor electrical characteristics and chemical resistance. It is often used in hydraulic systems, particularly superb as linear bearings, e.g. slides, gibs, guide ways. The compound is easily machined. Bronze-filled is useful in applications which undergo high mechanical loads or high-speed rubbing contacts where the bronze filler supplies the strength and conductivity to carry away excess, unwanted heat.

KESTAMID-GRF®

Kestamid-GRF® has a high degree of crystallinity and better hardness and compression strength properties compared to standard Kestamid®. It has a low coeffient of friction and a high degree of abrasion resistance. It has good weatherability and UV resistance properties and can be more easily mechanically machined compared to standard Kestamid®. It also can be used in higher temperatures compared again to the standard type.

Efalon® Carbon-filled K-35 is a PTFE carbon filled(C25 and C35) have less thermal expansion, higher wear resistance, less deformation under load properties compared to virgin Efalon®. Carbon filled PTFE has excellent mechanical and wear properties, retains the excellent frictional properties and is an excellent choice for seals and rings in dynamic and high pressure applications.
