Polikim Kestamid®(PA6G-Cast Nylon) is one of the most commonly used engineering plastics.

Kestamid-HS® is Polikim’s cast polyamide with increased heat resistance.

Graphite and special lubricants are evenly dispersed in its entirety in this type of Polikim's cast polyamide. The material is dark gray colored. Kestamid-GRF® has a high degree of crystallinity and better hardness and compression strength properties compared to standard Kestamid®. It has a low coeffient of friction and a high degree of abrasion resistance. It has good weatherability and UV resistance properties and can be more easily mechanically machined compared to standard Kestamid®. It also can be used in higher temperatures compared again to the standard type.

POM material, commonly called acetal, is a semi crystalline thermoplastic with high mechanical strength and rigidity. The good dimensional stability and particularly good fatigue strength, as well as excellent machining ability, makes POM polymer a highly versatile engineering material, even for complex components.

Kestoil® is a self-lubricated, strong, wear resistant engineering plastic with a low coefficient of friction

Kestlub® is one of the most important developments in the Kestamid® product range. Kestlub® is a special type of cast polyamide ideal for bearings. It is produced by adding lubricants to cast polyamide through special processes. It performs extremely well in bearing applications as it is self-lubricated.
