Extreme pressure grease SF02 is a high performance lubricating grease based on mineral oil, lithium soap and MoS2. It has a good load-carrying capacity and a favorable behavior under mixed and boundary friction conditions. Extreme pressure grease SF02 is very adhesive, resistant to water and oxidation, and provides good protection against corrosion. The solid lubricant particles (MoS2) contained in this product provides additional safety due to their emergency lubrication properties.

Food grade grease H1 SF10 was especially developed for the food processing and pharmaceutical industry. This lubricant fulfills the requirements of food products and associated ancillaries and complies with the “guidelines of sec. 21 CFR 178.3570 of FDA regulations”. It has been authorized by the NSF for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants (NSF-H1). Food grade grease H1 SF10 shows good anti-wear properties, water resistance and corrosion protection as well as a high aging and oxidation stability.

High performance grease SF04 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil + PAO / polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for plain and rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160°C. High performance grease SF04 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity. It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads. It is particularly resistant to oxidation and aging, and reliably protects against corrosion.

Multipurpose bio grease SF09 is a fully synthetic and rapidly biodegradable special grease classifi ed in water pollution category 1. In accordance with the OECD 301 F test, biodegradability after 28 days is > 60 %. Multipurpose bio grease SF09 is very resistant to water, protects against corrosion, shows a good load-carrying capacity and aging resistance.

Liquid grease SF06 is a multi-purpose fl uid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.

High temp. / Extreme pressure grease SF05 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil, polyurea and MoS2. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for plain and rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160 °C. High temp. / Extreme pressure grease SF05 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity. Multipurpose grease SF01 is a modern multipurpose grease based on proven mineral oils and additives. The mixed soap base lithium calcium combines the positive characteristics of both soap bases. Multipurpose grease SF01 is water and oxidation resistant and provides effective protection against wear and corrosion.

High temp. grease SF03 is a special grease for rolling and plain bearings based on synthetic oil and polyurea. The lubricant fi lm provides excellent thermal stability and is resistant to water. This high-temperature grease is resistant to aging and oxidation. High temp. grease SF03 is suitable up to +220 °C and provides maximum operational reliability.

High speed grease SF08 is a synthetic longlife grease for high speeds and a wide operating temperature range. It consists of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and special calcium soap. It is resistant to oxidation and aging, and it protects reliably against wear. High speed grease SF08 is compatible with most lithium and lithium-complex greases.
