Perma USA High Performance Grease SF04

High performance grease SF04 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil + PAO / polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for plain and rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160°C. High performance grease SF04 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity. It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads. It is particularly resistant to oxidation and aging, and reliably protects against corrosion.

High performance grease SF04 is suitable for rolling bearings subject to high temperatures, vibrations, shock loads and/or aggressive liquids or active detergents. It has proven effective in electric motors, pumps and fans. This grease is also suitable for plain bearings operating under mixed friction conditions. Its high effi ciency under extreme conditions makes it a multipurpose grease for the iron and steel industry, base materials and construction industries (cement, lime, gypsum).

Application Information

High performance grease SF04 is a lubricant especially developed for the lubricant dispenser. To ensure adequate metering and maintenance- free Lubrication, this product is only available in an automatic lubricant dispenser.
