ULTRA-LUBE™ 790

ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 is a processing additive designed as an internal lubricant for specialty polymers. Due to its low volatility, it can be used in heat resistant vulcanisates based on HNBR, ACM and FKM. ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 shows excellent lubricating properties, which leads to reduction of injection pressure in the molding process and prevents scorch. Its outstanding release effect also improves mold release and prevents sticking of compounds to rolls and rotors. ULTRA-LUBE™ 790 is very cost effective because it greatly reduces the reject rates of vulcanisates.
