Naxaf® CD-1 is a proprietary blend of polymeric naphthalene sulfonate condensates and a surfactant mixture in sodium salt form, used in oil and gas well cementing applications. It provides excellent wetting, dispersing, hydrotroping, and medium-to-low foaming capabilities, along with acid and base stability, hard-water tolerance, and high-temperature stability. The NAXAF® naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde condensates are primarily used as dispersants in various industrial applications.
