WeylClean® SAS 30 is a secondary alkane sulfonate sodium salt (paraffin sulfonate), which is used in all types of liquid washes and cleaning agents, especially suited for highly concentrated products. It functions as an anionic, biodegradable surfactant for the detergent, chemical-technical, and cosmetic industries.

Naxonate® 4LS is our standard sodium xylene sulfonate, exhibiting reduced sulfone levels, which can be imperative for achieving clarity in formulated systems, especially upon dilution. Naxsoft® 98S is a versatile, economical, and highly active linear acid that is biodegradable and can be used as a component in acidic products such as aluminum cleaners and liquid bowl cleaners. It can also be neutralized with a variety of inorganic bases or organic amines to customize the sulfonate for the end product. It is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxcat® MOD ACID 35 is an aromatic sulfonic acid, a blend of acids that offers a lower water concentration than Naxcat® MOD ACID. It has a TSA/XSA blend, promoting a low freezing temperature for easy handling while maintaining a high degree of acidity.

Naxcat® 1270 is a diluted version of Naxsoft® 98S in isopropanol. This product is used as a catalyst in polymer and coating applications. It is also used in photographic and printing applications. The product appears as a transparent, dark liquid that is dispersible in water.

Naxaf® HSP is a sodium salt of polymeric naphthalene sulfonate condensates, which are readily soluble in water, glycerol, ethylene glycol, and diethylene glycol and slightly soluble in most alcohols but insoluble in most organic solvents. As a powder, it is a convenient alternative to liquids for processes or storage capabilities that are not suitable. It is used as a major ingredient in different types of superplasticizer formulations, and in concrete, it enhances the flow properties of the mix by dispersing the cement particles and breaking up agglomerates, improving the workability of the mix, and adding acids.

Naxcat® TSA-65W is 65% active toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) diluted in water. This acid is formulated for easier handling, due to its lower viscosity compared to more concentrated TSA. It is the strongest of Nease Co., LLC's organic acids and can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Naxcat® MOD ACID is a blend of TSA (toluenesulfonic acid) and XSA (xylene sulfonic acid) acids that promote low freezing temperatures for ease of handling, while maintaining a high degree of acidity. Aromatic sulfonic acids are produced by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are comparable in strength to mineral acids, such as sulfuric acid, but are particularly suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxonac® 690-50 is an alkyl phenol ether phosphate designed to meet your needs as an emulsifier, imparting corrosion resistance in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate and highly carboxylated acrylics and enhancing detergency in alkaline systems. It does not discolor when used to de-dust alkaline powders.

Naxonate® 40SC is an effective hydrotrope with broad formulation compatibility, boasting an active level of 40% and providing increased low-temperature stability with moderate sulfate levels. It is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical Listing and meets the criteria of the Design for the Environment (DfE).

WeylClean® SKS-6 WB is a layered sodium disilicate, a modern water softening system that works via ion exchange processes without the formation of precipitates. It shows excellent calcium and magnesium ion elimination, especially at low water hardness conditions. It is compatible with sensitive detergent additives and has good heavy metal binding capacity.

Naxonac® 8610 is an alkyl phenol ether phosphate designed to provide emulsification, solubility, coupling, and detergency in water-soluble applications. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of the phosphate ester is its stability and solubility in alkali systems. It can be used as hydrotropes to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not soluble and at the same time increase wetting and detergency properties.

Naxan® PLUS BFL is a unique product in our ANS product line that is the fastest wetter with good hydrotroping abilities and is designed to generate foam for applications such as carpet shampoos, liquid car washes, hand dishwashes, etc. where foam enhances the performance of the product. It meets the requirements of OECD Test Method 301B and is classified as "Ultimately Biodegradable", allowing for the formulation of biodegradable products based on the Naxan® PLUS series. This series is also listed on the Cleangredients Chemical Listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxolate® AS-LN90 is a sodium lauryl sulfate in needle form, offering the advantage of a high-activity solid with minimal dusting. As an anionic surfactant, it has good detergency, emulsification, high foaming, and wetting properties and is widely used in light-duty laundry detergents, fine fabric washes, shampoos, and many personal care applications. Additionally, it is used in many formulations for its thickening effect.

Naxan® PLUS ABL exhibits good wetting, hydrotroping, and moderate foam, making it beneficial in many household and institutional product applications. It is designed to be low in color, allowing for better color management in the end product. Additionally, this series now meets the requirements of OECD Test Method 301B and is classified as "Ultimately Biodegradable," making it suitable for the formulation of biodegradable products. Naxcat® 330L is a high-purity TSA (toluenesulfonic acid) that is 65% active in water with low free sulfuric acid. It is designed to replace p-TSA monohydrate in many industrial catalysis applications. The product is manufactured using a proprietary purification technique that is not practiced elsewhere in the industry. Naxcat® 330L meets quality standards previously achieved only by using crystalline p-TSA, including low concentrations of sulfuric acid, iron, sulfones, and hydrocarbons. It offers ease of use with the relatively low cost of liquid mixed isomer TSA solutions. Naxcat® CSA-95 is a concentrated organic acid with excellent solvency, an advantage when working with organic chemicals in acid systems. It can be converted to its salt form for use in emulsion polymerization, making it highly effective in the production of stable emulsion polymers.

Naxonac® 817LF is an anionic surfactant designed to meet your needs as an emulsifier, wetting agent, anti-wear additive, corrosion inhibitor, and extreme pressure (EP) additive in lubricants and various metalworking fluids. It also has a unique property as a low-foam metalworking fluid additive.

Naxonac® 184 is an anionic surfactant designed to meet multiple needs in metalworking fluids. It serves as an emulsifier, wetting agent, anti-wear additive, corrosion inhibitor, and lubricant. Its stability and solubility in alkali systems are some of the main advantages of phosphate esters. It can also be used as a hydrotrope to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not soluble, while at the same time increasing wetting and detergency properties. With these features, Naxonac® 184 is an excellent choice for metalworking applications.

Naxonac® 965A is an ammonium salt of the phosphate ester Naxonac® 965, which is useful in the emulsion polymerization of a broad range of emulsion polymers, including acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylics. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkaline systems. They can also be used as hydrotropes, enabling the coupling of non-ionic surfactant systems that are otherwise not soluble while increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxan® DIL is a unique product in our offering, being the lightest in color and having a low odor, very fast wetting, and good hydrotropic properties. It is also the most hydrophobic product in our line, which is an advantage in formulations requiring "rinse off" functionality, as well as allowing for better color management in the end product when low color is essential.

Naxonac® 8104 is a complex mixture of monoesters and diesters of alkyl alcohol ethoxylate phosphoric acid, showing hydrotropic abilities in liquid formulations. It is an effective surfactant in heavy-duty alkaline liquid formulations and is soluble in high electrolyte systems. It is also an effective solubilizer and corrosion inhibitor in various sanitary and industrial cleaning formulations.

Naxonac® 965 is an anionic surfactant that can be used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization, pesticides, and cleaning formulations due to its stability at high temperatures, high alkalinity, and electrolyte systems. Additionally, its solubility in alkali systems makes it a great hydrotrope that can be used to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not normally soluble while simultaneously increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxsoft® 40S is an anionic surfactant exhibiting a combination of good foam and detergency performance at a low cost, making it an excellent choice as a basic surfactant for compounding all-purpose cleaners, liquid dishwashing products, hard surface cleaners, and foamers.

Naxsoft® 60T is a high-purity anionic surfactant that provides good detergent, wetting, and foaming properties while maintaining mildness, which is beneficial in liquid detergent and wool wash formulations. It can also be used in light-duty liquid cleaners, laundry, and personal care products.

Naxonate® 45SC is our most effective hydrotrope, with an active level of 45%. It requires slightly higher storage temperatures and has moderate sulfate levels. Additionally, it is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and also meets the DfE criteria.

Naxaf® CD-1 is a proprietary blend of polymeric naphthalene sulfonate condensates and a surfactant mixture in sodium salt form, used in oil and gas well cementing applications. It provides excellent wetting, dispersing, hydrotroping, and medium-to-low foaming capabilities, along with acid and base stability, hard-water tolerance, and high-temperature stability. The NAXAF® naphthalene sulfonate-formaldehyde condensates are primarily used as dispersants in various industrial applications.

Naxan® 110 has excellent wetting and hydrotroping properties with moderate foaming, making it suitable as a condensate for use primarily as dispersants in a wide variety of industrial applications. It falls between Naxan® ABL and Naxan® 220 in terms of foaming and wetting capabilities.
