Microlink XL is a crosslinkable polyethylene is a material that is produced from standard polyethylene by a chemical process which allows the molder to produce, on conventional rotational molding equipment, finished products with much improved performance properties.

Micropol L20 is a rotational molding powder based on a conventional polyethylene formulation designed to produce moldings with a high gloss finish and outstanding toughness. This material has been established for many years as an outstanding low density polyethylene powder for Rotational Molding.

Isoplas P381 – this flexible grade has been developed for use in under-floor heating pipes.

Microlin ML54 is a rotational molding powder based on a specially developed easy flow linear polyethylene formulation designed to produce moldings of good rigidity combined with excellent impact resistance & environmental stress crack resistance.

Microcene MC181 is a second generation, metallocene medium density polyethylene, with Hexene as co-monomer, suitable for rotational molded items requiring superior mechanical properties. Outstanding process and product benefits result from using polymers of narrow molecular weight distribution and low viscosity at zero shear rates.

Microcene MC182 is a new ‘Tank Grade’ polymer from Micropol based on Metallocene technology. A second generation, metallocene medium density polyethylene, with Hexene as co-monomer, suitable for rotational molded items requiring superior mechanical properties. Isoplas P651 is used for rigid pipes for water transport, and for general purpose use.

Microstat ML54/FR powder is designed to reduce the hazards and problems that the generation of static electricity can cause during the handling of conventional polyethylene containers. Typical static problems are dust and particle attraction, fire and explosion risks, personnel shocks and damage to sensitive electronic components stored within the container. This grade also contains a Flame Retardant additive.

Microlin ML73 is a new generation easy flow hexane linear rotational molding powder base designed to produce moldings of good rigidity combined with high impact strength at low temperatures. Also featured is excellent environmental stress crack resistance.

Isoplas P602 is a grade has been specifically designed and developed for the production of injection molded pipe fittings. This grade also possesses excellent adhesion properties for use as an internal lining of metallic vessels.

Microlin HL29 is a tough ‘new generation’ Hexene Linear High Density rotational molding powder designed to produce moldings of extremely high rigidity combined with high impact strength, particularly at low temperatures.The polymer and powder flow properties of HL29 have been designed to give good mouldability over a wide processing window, particularly for more demanding rotational molding applications such as Kayaks, Canoes and Marine Leisure Craft.
