Its ability to eliminate ammonia and lower litter pH for a more favorable litter ecology allows birds to optimize their genetic potential. Additionally, as the strongest animal feed grade mineral acid available, LS-PWT2® water treatment effectively acidifies drinking water to biologically effective low pH levels without creating a bitter taste. With LS-PWT2®, a much lower addition rate is required and water is more palatable so optimum water consumption is maintained thereby improving weight gain and feed conversion, resulting in a reduced flock cost.
