Additionally, as the strongest animal feed grade mineral acid available, LS-PWT2® water treatment effectively acidifies drinking water to biologically effective low pH levels without creating a bitter taste. With LS-PWT2®, a much lower addition rate is required and water is more palatable so optimum water consumption is maintained thereby improving weight gain and feed conversion, resulting in a reduced flock cost.

SBS (sodium bisulfate) Pet™ Grade is a natural acidifier for the pet food industry used in dry cat food for feline urine acidification and in soft treat and liquid digest for pH reduction and preservation. As a dry, granular, non-hazardous acid, SBS Pet™ can be added to the micro bin and mixed with the pre-mix, before extrusion, and delivers the added benefit of improved employee safety.

ParlorPal® provides a safe, effective and affordable solution to control ammonia and lower pH in livestock operations. Jones-Hamilton Cipher is an inorganic feed acidifier proven to enhance growth performance. By helping to maintain gut integrity, even during stressful rearing conditions, Cipher enables optimal nutrient absorption and improved feed efficiency. With the growth of antibiotic-free (ABF) poultry production, Cipher has proven to be a suitable alternative due to its ability to minimize bacteria growth on feed, and its beneficial impact on gut health and feed conversion. Acidification of feed minimizes bacterial growth and promotes good gut health, thereby enhancing the performance of animals. However, not all acidifiers are the same.
