Elastocon TPE Technologies

Elastocon® 2880L thermoplastic elastomer has been developed for applications that require rubber-like properties and a reduced coefficient of friction. Elastocon® 2880L is FDA compliant and well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications. Elastocon® 2880L can be overmolded onto polypropylene.Elastocon® 2880L is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag quantities.

Elastocon® STK40 by Elastocon TPE Technologies is comprised of Thermoplastic Elastomer (unspecified). It is commonly used as Extrusion Resin and Molding Resin for a variety of applications. Elastocon® STK40 is certified as FDA and RoHS Compliant. It is available in Pellets form.

Elastocon® CLR30 is a transparent thermoplastic elastomer that has been developed for applications that require resilience, high strength properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® CLR30 is FDA compliant and well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability.Elastocon® CLR30 is supplied as ready to use pellets in 40 lb. quantities.

Elastocon® STK56PA a colorable thermoplastic elastomer that has been developed for applications that require soft rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® STK56PA is well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring non-slip/soft touch ergonomics, sound and vibration dampening, improved impact resistance, and U.V. stability. Elastocon® STK56PA can be overmolded to polyamide/nylon.Elastocon® STK56PA is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag quantities.

Elastocon® 8068N is a colorable thermoplastic elastomer formulated for applications that require rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® 8068N is FDA compliant and well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability. Elastocon® 8068N can be overmolded to polypropylene.Elastocon® 8068N is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag and 1000 lb. box quantities.

Elastocon® 8150B is a black thermoplastic elastomer formulated for applications that require rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® 8150B is well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring U.V. stability. Elastocon® 8150B can be overmolded to polypropylene.Elastocon® 8150B is supplied as ready to use pellets in 1000 lb. quantities.

Elastocon® 3360 is a white S-B-S thermoplastic elastomer formulated for applications that require rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® 3360 is heat sealable and well suited for consumer goods and extruded tubing and profile applications. Elastocon® 3360 can be overmolded and/or coextruded onto polystyrene.Elastocon® 3360 is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag quantities.

Elastocon® STK60 thermoplastic elastomer has been developed for applications that require ultra soft rubber-like properties and a good surface finish. Elastocon® STK60 is FDA compliant and well suited for consumer goods and industrial applications requiring non-slip/soft touch ergonomics, sound and vibration dampening, improved impact resistance, and U.V. stability. Elastocon® STK60 can be overmolded to polycarbonate, ABS, PC/ABS, Acrylic, PS, and various grades of polyamide/nylon.Elastocon® STK60 is supplied as ready to use pellets in 50 lb. bag and 1000 lb. bulk quantities.
