The Hercules Series of extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfils the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. The Hercules Series offers good wear protection, safety against scuffing, aging resistance and a high thermal endurance. Orion 1025 is a high performance cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous alloys. This oil-rejecting fluid outperforms conventional coolants in difficult operations. Orion 1025 provides excellent bimetallic corrosion protection to keep parts and machine tools free from in-process rust. In hard or soft water, Orion 1025 forms a stable solution that will not foam. Orion 1025 is a clean fluid that runs with trouble-free dependability.

J-Cut MO-240-EP is a heavy duty lubricant formulated for the machining and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The high film strength of J-Cut MO-240-EP in conjunction with non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives, provides excellent performance on difficult to machine alloys such as stainless steel and exotic alloys. Based on renewable resources, J-Cut MO-240-EP is biodegradable and essentially non-toxic.

Aminol possesses excellent pH development and reserve alkalinity. Due to the chemical structure of the amine, Aminol will not contribute to ammonia blush.

GHO-5555 is medium viscosity high performance shaving and hobbing oil. GHO-5555 contains an oiliness additive for additional performance, especially on draggy, soft metals. It is designed primarily for gear hobbing, form grinding, and gear cutting where pressurized coolant systems are used.

Poseidon 320 is a of rust and oxidation inhibited oils formulated with highly refined paraffinic base oils. It provides excellent oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. It has excellent demulsibility characteristics.

It provides excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. It has excellent demulsibility characteristics.
