The Hercules Series of extreme pressure industrial gear oil fulfils the requirements of DIN 51517-3 for CLP type gear oils and U.S. Steel 224 performance. The Hercules Series offers good wear protection, safety against scuffing, aging resistance and a high thermal endurance. In addition, the products behave neutral towards conventional seals and bearing metals.

Vulcut is a moderate to heavy duty lubricant formulated for the general machining and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The high film strength of Vulcut provides excellent lubrication characteristics without the need of chlorine, sulfur or phosphorous based additives. Based on renewable resources, Vulcut is biodegradable and essentially non-toxic.

Vanishing Oil is designed for light duty blanking, stamping, very shallow draws and fine forming. The light oily film evaporates in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment, leaving a clean surface with virtually no residue. Vanishing oil is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

Stearocling Way Oils are formulated for the sliding ways of machine tools. They are formulated with high viscosity index base stocks combined with special extreme pressure friction modifiers that yield extremely low values in Cincinnati Milacron’s stick-slip test. As a result these oils are more stable to viscosity fluctuations and are able to overcome the slip-stick commonly associated with slow moving parts. Stearocling Way Oils also contain a package that eliminates the possibility of contamination through emulsification between the coolant and the way lube.

The Pandora Spindle Oil Series, formulated from select high-quality, low viscosity base oils and additives imparting excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, were developed specifically for the lubrication of high-speed and precision machine tool spindle bearings. They can also be used in some critical low pressure hydraulic and circulation systems where the appropriate viscosity grade is selected.

Athena is a series of anti-wear hydraulic oils formulated with highly refined paraffinic base oils. They provide excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. All grades have excellent demulsibility characteristics.

Olympus is a series of anti-wear hydraulic oils formulated with polyalphaolephin synthetic oils. They provide excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. All grades have excellent demulsibility characteristics. They are formulated to provide outstanding low- and high-temperature performance and equipment protection up to three times longer than comparable conventional products.
