RodLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of steel and fiberglass rods into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, RodLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. RodLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. RodLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. RodLock adhesives are not uv stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause RodLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. We are not liable for cracked counter tops due to this effect.

ClipLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of rotolocs, grommets, dishwasher mounts, sink clips into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, ClipLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. ClipLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. ClipLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. ClipLock adhesives are not uv stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. SeamLock is a two-part methacrylate, flowable seaming adhesive designed for the inconspicuous bonding of various substrates, including solid surface (acrylic, polyester and blended products), granite, engineered stone, quartz, marble, cultured marble, glass, sintered stone, porcelain, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, SeamLock has a working time of 8 to 12 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 20 to 25 minutes at room temperature curing. SeamLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. SeamLock adhesives are uv stable, and will not yellow over time.

BD590 is a two-part methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 1:1, BD590 has a working time of 70 to 100 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 180 to 240 minutes at room temperature curing. BD590 provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BD590 bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. BD590 adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance.

SeamLock Pro Acrylic Dripless Seaming Adhesive

BDRP 500 is a medium viscosity, rapid curing, cyanoacrylate adhesive. It is designed to bond a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials. The handling strength in most applications is in the 5 to 10 seconds time period.

BF420FX is a two-part methacrylate, flexibilized, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BF420FX has a working time of 3 to 7 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. BF420FX provides high strength and very flexible bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BF420FX bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals and will allow a great deal of movement of the substrates due to cte (coefficient of thermal expansion) differences. BF420FX adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance.
