CAPMUL® multi-functional, high purity monoesters provide superior skin penetration and emolliency with excellent effects against microorganisms.  Certain grades of CAPMUL® may be used to inhibit the growth of gram positive and negative bacteria, yeast, and mold in many "preservative free" products. They are used to produce stable emulsions, to modify viscosity and they can act as carriers and vehicles in selected applications.

ABITEC’s Accoquat line is quite versatile offering products for several industrial markets including, Car Rinse Aids, Fabric Softeners, and Household Industrial &amp; Institutional.Our Accoquat Car Rinse Aid Emulsifiers offer improved performance, ease of use and versality.  We have a unique range of CS products, including high flash options and a dilute-and-shoot system that can accommodate all your formulation needs.Our Accoquat Fabric Softener quats are utilized in both consumer and industrial laundry applications. Our diamido amine quats are an excellent choice for commercial laundries where drying temperatures tend to be high and our imidazolinium quats provide the ultimate in softening and anti-static performance. And we offer high-flash products that meet DOT standards for non-flammability.

Accoquat

These polyglycerol esters (PGEs) function as EO-free surfactants and solubilizers in an array of applications because they offer a wide range of HLBs. In addition, they offer other benefits such as: improves texture and consistency,
works well to improve flow properties,
stabilizes aerated systems by controlling the agglomeration of fat globules, reduces interfacial tension at oil-water boundaries.

Caprol

Hydro~Kote hydrogenated vegetable oils are refined, bleached, and deodorized. Their unique properties make them very useful in a variety of applications for the pharmaceutical industry. Acconon products are well-characterized mixtures of polyoxyethylene mono- and diglycerides, fatty acids or fatty alcohols. In addition to functioning as excellent oil/water emulsifiers, many of these products can add emolliency to creams and lotions. Our line includes alkoxylates based on natural oils such as coconut, castor, and apricot oil.

Acconon

Pureco oils are highly-refined, bleached, and deodorized vegetable oils. BBS-C is an all-purpose, food-grade, partiallyhydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and cottonseed) with bland flavor, good stability, superior creaming and resistance to oxidation.

Capmul® MCM is a mono- and diglyceride with unique properties and versatility as a solvent, emulsifier, and emollient for creams, lotions, and rinse-off applications. This high purity distilled monoester is effective as a preservative alternative, based on natural materials, and makes an excellent primary or secondary surfactant in personal care products and cosmetics. It is used to produce stable emulsions, to modify viscosity and can act as a carrier and vehicle in selected applications. It is manufactured in USA.

Acconon® MC8-2 EP/NF is a mixture of monoesters, diesters, and triesters of glycerol and monoesters and diesters of polyethylene glycols with a mean relative molecular weight between 200-400. It may contain free macrogols. It is manufactured in USA.

Capmul® MCM C8 EP/NF is a mixture of monoacylglycerols, containing variable quantities of diand tri-acylglycerols, obtained by direct esterification of glycerol with caprylic (octanoic) acid. It is manufactured in USA.

Caprol® PGE 860 is a very unique product for ABITEC, with the highest HLB of our polyglycerol family. This ingredient is well-known for its slip &amp; foam stabilizing capabilities in rinse off products such as 2-in-1 shampoos. It also provides improved hydration &amp; moisture for healthier looking hair.   Additionally, this food-grade, bio-based ingredient is a premium plasticizer in any range of skincare products aiding in sealed moisture and reduction of dry and flaky skin. It is manufactured in USA.

Caprol® PGE 860

Accoquat® CS-4000 is a unique blend of cationic emulsifiers in a blended solvent system especially designed for micro-emulsification of formulations of mineral seal oils (MSO) or other organic hydrophobes. It micro-emulsifies MSO effectively with ethylene glycol mono butyl ether as its coupling agent. Accoquat® CS-4000 can produce micro-emulsions with MSO from 10-30% MSO concentration, (depending on the properties of the MSO), however is most cost effective from 15-30% MSO concentrations. Accoquat® CS-4000 generally does not require additional emulsifiers or other nonionic surfactants to produce an easily dispersible and fine micro-emulsion for rapid beading and spreading. With substantially less emulsifier it is very cost effective for ultra-type drying aids. Upon dilution in water, its unique blend of chemistries provides a consistently-functioning, high-performance, very fine micro-emulsion with MSOs. It is manufactured in USA.

Accoquat® CS-4000

Capmul® GMO-50 EP/NF (Glyceryl Monooleate) is a mixture of monoglycerides, mainly glyceryl monooleate, together with variable quantities of diglycerides and triglycerides. The nominal content of monoglycerides is 60%. It is obtained by partial glycerolysis of vegetable oil that consists mainly of triglycerides of oleic acid, or by esterification of glycerol with oleic acid of vegetable origin. A suitable antioxidant may be added. Capmul® GMO-50 EP/NF is a multi-functional emulsifier useful in the production of pharmaceutical and food products. It is manufactured in USA.

Capmul® GMO-50 glycerol monooleate is a food-grade multifunctional emulsifier that is highly useful in personal care &amp; cosmetic applications such as, lotions, creams, lipsticks, and eyeliners. Capmul GMO-50 is sunflower glycerides and suitable in barrier creams and lotions. It easily forms gel phases with other surfactants in aqueous environments and can serve as a refatting agent. It is an excellent non polymeric invert emulsifier providing an elegant finish to your formulation.
