Reviplus 1916 is a primer based on synthetic resins in dispersion. Aqueous primer for non-absorbent surfaces: adhesion promoter for leveling compounds. Applicable on non-porous materials, such as glazed ceramic tiles, compact or low-porous screeds/concrete, asphalt, glue residues or epoxy/polyurethane paints well adhering to the substrate.

US Specialty Coatings Elastomeric Roof Coating is a high performance, high solids, water based top quality, easy to use, elastomeric roof coating. Fortified with silicone to enhance durability and flexibility. Its ability to reflect and insulate Sun's heat and deflect harmful high energy UV rays contributes to substantially cool roof surfaces that contributes to significantly reduce interior building temperatures and effectively reducing cooling costs.

RC 2016 Rubber Roof Coating provides excellent waterproofing and ultraviolet resistance. It is a one-component product that has excellent adhesion to properly prepared surfaces. It is thermally stable and resists cracking and peeling due to weather extremes. RC 2016 controls corrosion and rust bleed through, even after years of service.

PolyBrite® 75 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. It can be used as either a base or surface coat. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product provides excellent durability and dirt pickup resistance.

ALDOPRIME 624 is a fast drying rust inhibiting primer designed also as a tie coat for dusty or porous surfaces to improve adhesion of the base coat products. It has been formulated to have exceptional adhesion to a diversity of substrates and penetrates into the surface and provides good anchorage for base coat product in addition to inhibiting rust on oxidized surfaces. Once the finish coat has been applied, ALDOPRIME 624 enhances the properties of topcoat and provides increased resistance to mechanical damage and chemical attack.

PolyBrite® 90 is a premium grade high solids, moisture cure, liquid applied silicone coating available in white or as tinted, which cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area. It also keeps the surface cool, providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather exposures.

502 RC-W Elasto-Kote Finish Coat is a highly elastic, reflective thermoplastic rubber, single component, coating to be applied as a finish coat over 502 RC-W Elasto-Kote Base Coat.

Evercaulk FG is a flashing grade acrylic.

Super Roof Mastic is a white, 100% acrylic elastomeric water proof coating that seals, protects insulates, reflects heat and UV rays. Goes on easy and dries to a durable finish with excellent elongation properties. Highly chalk and mildew resistant.

ALDOCOAT 397 is a high solid, low VOC, one-part silicone elastomeric coating specifically designed for use in roofing applications as a protective coating over a variety of roofing substrates. Once cured this liquid applied silicone coating provides a durable, seamless, flexible, waterproof membrane that resists lateral movement, shear and will allow for normal expansion and contraction. It provides greater UV protection than similar silicone coatings and offers increased resistance to moisture penetration and excellent long term protection through exceptional weatherability properties.

Silkoxy Flashing Grade is high solids, silicone sealant.

PyroCide EX-4 is a flame retardant, intumescent powder that imparts flame retardancy to water-based latex coatings, solvent based resin coatings, caulks, mastics, and sealants. The products can also be added to various plastics and polyurethane foams as a flame retardant system.

KM Acryl 40-HS is a premium grade water-based elastomeric coating with a solids content of 60% on average. This proprietary formulation, made entirely of acrylic resins, cures into a seamless fluid-applied roof membrane. KM Acryl 40-HS has the unique ability to increase the life of a roofing system while decreasing overall life cycle costs. KM Acryl 40-HS is highly reflective when applied in white, keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

Evercoat HT is a high tensile acrylic elastomeric roof coating.

Firetect® PC-201 provides effective flexible fire retardancy for polyurethane, polyester and polyethylene foams and other cushioning materials. PC-201 will not affect the resiliency of the foam or padding material. Additional tests have shown that the treated surfaces have improved resistance to oxidation and other forms of chemical deterioration; therefore, a better life can be expected from materials treated with PC-201. Due to various forms on the market, users must perform their testing to comply with the specific code required by the fire code.

Weatherskin Coatings WSM7 MGO Board is a multi-use, extremely durable acrylic coating. At an ideal wet film thickness of 10-14 mils per coat (8-10 mils dry film finish per coat), WS M7 is a perfect fix for sealing any minor cracks and imperfections. With exceptional aging properties, future ruptures, cracks and de-laminating are prevented, and provides long-lasting protection to the substrate surface. Its unique properties allow for substrate movement and accommodation to sudden temperature fluctuation. WS M7 is to be used in tandem with the instructions outlined in the following Product Information Sheets.

Specifically designed to meet or exceed ASTM D6083 Types I and II physical property requirements. This proprietary formulation, made entirely of acrylic resins, cures into a seamless fluid-applied roof membrane. This product adheres well to polyurethane foam and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates, and its tensile strength can exceed that of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product is extremely durable and resistant to dirt pickup.

Monochem 610 is a pigmented single component, elastomeric aliphatic polyurea coating. It is primarily used as a topcoat over Monochem 310 (base coat) creating a system that displays superior elongation, wear resistance, weathering, UV and chemical protection.

KARNAK 298 Alumin-R is a PREMIUM grade, single component, SBS rubber modified asphalt reflective coating specially formulated with aluminum pigment to be used as a reflective elastomeric coating over modified bitumen membranes, BUR asphalt roofs, spray polyurethane foam roofs, properly sloped concrete roofs and metal roofs.

Truco 8101 Acrylic Elastomeric Coating is an acrylic flexible liquid membrane coating specially formulated for use on concrete block, masonry, stucco, and where esthetic appearance of the building is desired. The white or pastel colors reflect the sun’s rays and allow the surface to remain cool, thus saving energy.

Monochem 21 is a 2-component, 100% solids, high-build, liquid applied, Polyamine, Cyclo-Aliphatic Epoxy. Monochem 21 is available in high gloss, clear, standard colors and can be mixed with decorative chips, color micas, or silica sand. It is designed as a high performance primer, base coat or interior top coat.

When applied in white, KM Acryl 15 is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

Evercoat EC is a general purpose all acrylic elastomeric roof coating.

406 Tru-Grip is a 100% acrylic elastomeric co-polymer emulsion, specifically designed as a base coating for adhesion to weathered TPO, Hypalon, and PVC roofing membranes. When applied to a suitably cleaned, weathered TPO or PVC roof and top coated with a durable acrylic elastomeric topcoat such as 535 QS Enviro-Lastic, 505HS Mohave Coat, 501 Elasto-Brite or 529 Renu-White, the basecoat can extend the life of the existing roof membrane. The technology used in 406 Tru-Grip enables the coating to have very good adhesion and resistance to blistering when applied to weathered TPO and PVC.

KM Acryl 25 is a premium grade water-based elastomeric coating with an average of 55% solids. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. PolyBrite® 70 is a 100% acrylic, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating which cures to form a seamless membrane. PolyBrite® 70 reduces roof temperatures, extends the life cycle performance of new and existing roof systems, and provides protection from ultraviolet sunlight and other weather exposures.

Dry Erase is a 2-component aliphatic polyurethane that creates a dry erase environment for interior or exterior surfaces. It allows almost any surface to be converted into a high performance erasable canvas. It is a Green/Universally compliant coating that is USDA approved and has hazardous air pollutants.

KARNAK 502 RC-W Elasto-Kote Base Coat is intended for use on metal roofs (includes a rust inhibitor), spray polyurethane foam roofs, EPDM, TPO, and most PVC roof membranes. Also good over previously coated surfaces as well as for coating concrete, concrete block, brick, cinder block, stucco and wood. Maybe applied over KARNAK 405 Bond-N-Shield Base Coat over smooth BUR and smooth or granule modified bitumen membrane roofs. PVC and TPO roofs should be at least 4 years old before coating.

ALDOCOAT 400 is a high solids, technologically advanced, fire retardant, thixotropic, 100% acrylic elastomer uniquely formulated for the protection of metal, SPF and a wide variety of other sloped substrates. The proprietary formulation incorporates premium elastomeric acrylic resins, reinforcing laminar pigments and nonmigrating fire retardants to produce a seamless, flexible, durable membrane having exceptional weatherability, ultraviolet and fire resistance. It acts as a breathing membrane allowing trapped moisture vapor to pass through the film while remaining impervious to exterior mass water penetration. The resultant tough, cured film provides good resistance to mechanical damage and chemical attack.
