Products are lightfast, highly thermally stable, wash-resistant, suitable for hot-embossing on vinyl and inhibitor printing. Water-based varnish is available with different performance and optical properties, which can be customized when requested.

Aqua Flame Block 2760 is used for Flame resistant coating for paper, film and vinyl. It contains no heavy metals.

NovaCoat AQ-632 was formulated to be a premium wax-free primer for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications in most applications. It can be used as a paper sealer and is suitable to be coated with most sheetfed inks. It IS recommended to be recoatable. TEST BEFORE USING!

NovaCoat AQ-634 is formulated for application on paper and paperboard with in-line blanket coaters, flexo presses and flexo/gravure type coaters. It is designed for curl resistance over lightweight stocks and has good dry speed, flow and leveling, rub and block resistance

NovaCoat AQ-620 was formulated to be a high gloss 1 or 2- sided coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. It can be used with some glues, foil stamps and UV top coatings. TEST BEFORE USING.

NovaCoat AQ-687 is a high heat-resistant aqueous coating formulated for application on paper and paperboard with in-line blanket coaters, flexo presses and flexo/gravure type coaters. It has heat resistance to 400°F, good dry speed, flow and leveling, rub and block resistance.

NovaCoat AQ-615 is a aqueous anti-mold coating for offset, flexo, and roller applications with excellent mold and grease resistance and high humidity block resistance.

NovaCoat AQ-684 is a aqueous coating with curl resistance for application on paper and paperboard with in-line blanket coaters, flexo presses, and flexo/gravure type coaters.

NovaCoat AQ-617 is formulated for application on paper and paperboard with in-line blanket coaters, flexo presses. coater/dampeners and flexo/gravure type coaters. It is selected for its drying, cold moisture and grease resistance and conformance to FDA regulations for food contact.

Accent Ink F-19282 8123 Aqua Gloss Coating is a water-based overprint coating for finishing paper and cardboard.

Staticon 450 is used for Anti-static clear coating. It can be used on films, plastics, paper, and board. It has Conductivity of107 to 109. It is FDA compliant.

CORKOTE™ FP-3121-DF has been formulated to be used as a pre-coat and print primer for paper and various films in the vacuum-metallization process.

Aqualene® 1603HS is used for water-based heat seal coating with excellent moisture and vapor barrier properties. It is good product resistance characteristics for a wide range of demanding foil and paper packaging applications. It is FDA compliant for direct food contact.

CORKOTE™ FP-3123 DULL is a Satin aqueous coating formulated as a print primer for applications on non-porous and porous substrates.

It produces a clear, smooth coating for a wide range of demanding paper packaging applications including dry food, dairy, bakery, powder, meat, ice cream, and frozen food. It is FDA compliant for direct food contact.

ProvisionGard™ Carton Top Coat/Kraft Liner Waterbase Coating PGT23207 is waterbase coating PGT 23207 is a patented formulation with an insect growth inhibitor for application via sheet fed and flexo presses on paper, paperboard and linerboard. This fast drying coating imparts engineered COF, gloss and abrasion resistance and protects dry food products from stored-product insect infestation. It is recommended that this topcoat be thoroughly tested to confirm that it processes and performs as required.

Accent Ink F-19283 8130 Aqua Semi-Matte Coating is a water-based overprint coating on conventional printing inks for finishing paper and cardboard.

AquaCote WC20 is used for Low-gloss aqueous coating for vinyl. It has excellent scuff, stain and water-resistance. It has excellent coating for wall coverings and related applications.

Santel® Toridex 6103 is used for for aluminum foil and metalized packaging substrates. It can also be used for paper, board and product packaging. It is Repulpable with excellent resistance to oil, grease and moisture. Produces a clear, smooth coating for a wide range of demanding paper packaging applications including dry food, dairy, bakery, powder, meat, ice cream, and frozen food. It is FDA compliant for direct food contact.

CORKOTE™ FP-3121-IJ is specifically designed to be applied as a Primer or “Tie Coat” for foil, paper, plastic, and paperboard.

CORKOTE™ FP-3105 FDA is an aqueous primer used as a pre-coat for paper in the vacuum-metallization process.

NovaCoat AQ-630 was formulated to be an all-purpose work-and turn-coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. In most applications, it can be used as a 2- sided commercial coating. It IS recommended to be recoatable. TEST BEFORE USING!

CORKOTE™ FP-3121Y is an aqueous coating formulated as an anti-stat print primer for application on non-porous and porous substrates.

NovaCoat AQ-678 was formulated to be a fast dry all- purpose work and turn coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. AQ-678 has excellent intercoat adhesion for UV and foil stamping.

NovaCoat AQ-610R was formulated to be a high gloss, high rub folding carton coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications. It has excellent rub resistance with added slip properties. In most applications, it can be used as a 2-sided commercial coating. It is NOT recommended to be recoatable. TEST BEFORE USING!

NovaCoat AQ-639 was formulated to be an all-purpose gloss coating with excellent runnability. AQ-639 can be used for 2- sided work and has good intercoat adhesion for UV and foil stamping. TEST BEFORE USING.

NovaCoat AQ-676 was formulated to be a high gloss, 1-sided packaging coating for use in sheetfed and flexographic applications with fast dry and minimal odor. It has excellent rub and block resistance. It can be used with some flues, foil stamps and UV top coatings. TEST BEFORE USING!

CORKOTE™ 6999 Primer has been formulated to be used as a print primer for raw foil, metalized paper, paperboard and various films where extreme high heat resistance is required.

ProvisionGard™ Kraft/Corrugate Paper Water Base Coating PGT 24000 is waterbase coating PGT 24000 is a patented formulation with an insect growth inhibitor for application via Gravure, Flexo, Offset or Rod presses on kraft or uncoated paper. This fast drying coating imparts no physical properties to the paper and protects dry food products from stored-product insect infestation. It is recommended that this topcoat be thoroughly tested to confirm that it processes and performs as required.
