GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

GENIOSIL® GF 91 is an alkoxysilane that contains an amino-functional group. It is a clear, colorless to light yellow liquid with a characteristic amine odor. This product finds application in various areas, including building and construction adhesives, do-it-yourself projects, flooring installation, interior paints and coatings, and waterproofing membranes.

GENIOSIL® GF 9 is an organofunctional silane with various applications. It is commonly used in building & construction adhesives, Flooring installation, Industrial adhesives, Interior paints & coatings, and waterproofing membranes. GENIOSIL® GF 9 is particularly effective in glass-fiber reinforced or mineral-filled polymers as well as a surface modifier.

Rowanyl® 101918 is a versatile lacquer formulated for both transfer coating and direct coating processes. It is particularly recommended for applications such as wrinkle-finishing on PVC synthetic leather and glossy finishes when applied to release paper through transfer coating. The solvents used in this ready-to-use top coat, classified as a solventborne coating, include MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), DMF (Dimethylformamide), and TOL (Toluene). With a wide application range covering bags, furniture, and shoes, it is compatible with various substrates such as paper, foam, PVC-based membranes, and artificial leather. Noteworthy features of Rowanyl® 101918 include flexibility, high gloss, mar resistance, abrasion resistance, softness, and chemical resistance. The recommended application method for this product is air knife coating.

ARCOR® 1321K is a solvent-free bisphenol F coating specifically formulated for both immersion and non-immersion service, particularly in aggressive environments. This self-priming coating creates a robust and chemically resistant layer on ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as concrete surfaces. Barrier-Grip 9472B is a water-based coating designed as an economical pre-coat for application onto kraft liners or other paper substrates. It seals the substrate and provides a uniform surface onto which functional coatings may be applied, optimizing the performance of the functional coatings.

Aqua Flame Block 2760 is used for Flame resistant coating for paper, film and vinyl. It contains no heavy metals.

Pipedream Industries Super Hydrophobic Additive is a powder coating that electrostatically attaches to substrates. The results are cellulose based substrates being easily coated with 1 particle thick layer by powder coating.

Staticon 450 is used for Anti-static clear coating. It can be used on films, plastics, paper, and board. It has Conductivity of107 to 109. It is FDA compliant.

CORKOTE™ FP-3121-DF has been formulated to be used as a pre-coat and print primer for paper and various films in the vacuum-metallization process.

Staticon 1750 is used for Anti-static clear coating. It can be used on films, plastics, paper, and board with conductivity of 107 to 109. It is FDA compliant.

PolyBrite® 93 is a silicone flashing compound designed for use at various flashing and through roof penetration conditions. When installing polyglass silicone coating systems, use details and where silicone is required to be applied vertically, such as parapet walls. The product will expand and contract with the movement of the roof surface and is resistant to UV degradation.
