Vuldra 8525 is a water soluble drawing and stamping fluid based on vegetable oil technology. It was designed to replace neat oils used to draw and stamp carbon and stainless steel alloys. The unique combination of boundary lubrication and non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. Vuldra 8525 is a clean product that is easily removed by both mildly alkaline and alkaline cleaners.

ASTRO-THREAD A is a high-performance cutting oil that has been formulated with high concentrations of lubricity and anti-weld agents, including sulfur and chlorine. In addition to extending tool life, ASTROTHREAD A improves the quality of machined surfaces. This clear amber liquid can also be added to regular cutting oils to enhance their performance.

It was designed to replace neat oils used to draw and stamp carbon and stainless steel alloys. The unique combination of boundary lubrication and non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. Vuldra 5580 is a clean product that is easily removed by both mildly alkaline and alkaline cleaners.

J-Cut 9187 was specifically developed for Swiss type high performance screw machines. The low viscosity of J-Cut 9187 allows it to effectively penetrate between the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless as well as carbon steel.

Vuldra 4915 is a heavy duty oil formulated for extrusion, deep drawing, fine blanking and difficult stamping operations on stainless steel, low carbon steel and exotic alloys. Parts are left clean with no varnishing even under high heat operations.

MASTERALL® 1700 is a chlorinated, low foaming semi-synthetic fluid designed for high pressure coolant applications. MASTERALL® 1700 may be used for moderate to heavy duty machining of carbon steel, high speed steel, cast steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, bronze and brass.

Lubricut 4215 is a light duty, synthetic coolant formulated for general roll grinding operations on ferrous alloys only. Lubricut 4215 provides an optimum balance of cooling, detergency, corrosion protection, and work-piece visibility for turbulent roll grinding operations. Lubricut 4215 offers low foaming properties in most grinding operations. A special corrosion inhibitor blend offers excellent protection against corrosion and staining of gray iron, cast iron, and ferrous alloys and for freshly ground ferrous surfaces. Lubricut 4215 is stable in both hard and soft water. Lubricut 4215 comes packaged as a highly concentrated form.

NuSol® 21 Preeminent CP is the next step in semi synthetic technology represented by NuSol formulations exclusively offered by Chemtool Incorporated. NuSol 21 Preeminent CP incorporates a blend of high viscosity synthetics and traditional base stocks performed as emulsions. This increases the film strength to properly lubricate modern high speed operations prolonging tool life and minimizing down time. The preformed emulsions are manufactured as intermediates and have a very small and stable particle size of one micron. The tight tolerances in the particle size provides an improved, uniform balance of wetting and plate out of lubricant film which enhances cooling while imparting exceptional stability in hard water.

CIMTECH® 50-­F321 with InSol™ Technology metalworking fluid is a unique, low pH synthetic fluid designed for the aerospace industry and is recommended for heavy to severe duty machining and grinding operations, including creep feed grinding, on non-ferrous or ferrous metals. Suitable for use where extreme lubricity is required, such as deep hole drilling and roll form tapping.

Blue Grass Chemical DRAWLUBE 120 is a water-soluble, non-staining lubricant for stamping carbon steels, aluminum, copper, and brass. It dissolves instantly in water and cleans in hot water without the use of detergents. There is no sulfur or chlorine in this product. Mineral oil and chlorinated solvents do not dissolve it.
