SILRES® BS 5137 is a highly efficient aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is used to provide water repellency to glass wool (fiberglass) or stone wool bound with phenolic resin. It can also be utilized for expanded minerals such as perlite, vermiculite, or expanded clay aggregates.

SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. SILRES® BS 17040 is a high-quality, water-thinnable silane emulsion that is solvent-free. Biosafe® HE4001 Antimicrobial is a 0.75% aqueous solution of 3-(trihydroxysilyl)propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride. The product is registered with the EPA under the number 83019-6. It effectively binds to a wide range of surfaces, providing long-lasting protection. The key highlights of this product are as follows: Synergistically enhances the effectiveness of disinfection and sanitization. Has broad compatibility and can be incorporated in a vast variety of formulations and substrates. Excellent safety profile: non-toxic, non-irritating, and does not show transdermal absorption. Typical use concentrations of 0.25 - 0.5 weight % of active relative to the substrate being treated.

SILRES® BS 17040 A is a water-thinnable, solventless silane emulsion that serves as a high-quality water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Similar to SILRES® BS 17040, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS 16040 is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion. It is a high-quality specialty product used for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of alkaline substrates. When applied to construction materials, SILRES® BS 16040 reacts with atmospheric moisture and/or water present in the pores of the building material. This reaction eliminates alcohol and forms an active substance that greatly reduces the absorbency of the concrete within the active zone (penetration depth after post-treatment). Importantly, this reduction in absorbency occurs without blocking any pores or capillaries in the material. As a result of the impregnation, the treated building material retains its high water-vapor permeability, allowing moisture to pass through while still providing excellent protection against water penetration.

SILRES® BS Creme C is an aqueous, solventless, creamy, silane-based water repellent. It is a high-quality specialty product designed for the hydrophobic impregnation of both normal and reinforced concrete. It is commonly used in applications related to concrete protection, construction materials, hydrophobic impregnation, and infrastructure.

SILRES® BS Creme D is an aqueous, solvent-free injection product presented in the form of a silane-based cream. It is specifically designed for the prevention of rising damp by creating a horizontal barrier. PerformaSil™ 300 Roof Coating is a water-based elastomeric silicone coating that provides protection against harsh weather elements, UV degradation, and ponding water issues. It provides a flexible seal that resists lateral movements of roofing structures due to thermal expansion and contractions of the roofing structure. It repels physical water while being very permeable to water vapor allowing the structure to “breath.” Suitable for a variety of roofing substrates, it provides easy water clean-up with no solvents required for tool clean-up or overspray. It can be sprayed or roll applied.
